Expand the project menu on the left side for the project it is not showing on.

Did you follow the path I suggested? Go to the second project where it is not showing up. Then click on Customers on the left. Is the screen print you are showing only for one project? And is it the second project? And is the organization showing there?

Gotcha. It might be that the Organization has not actually been added to the second project. Go to Space Settings > Customers >Add organization

Hi Susan, Checkboxes are just a custom field type. So go to Settings (gear icon) > Work Items > Fields. Search for the field, then click the 3 dots menu to the far right and choose Context and Default Value. There you can change the Checkbox options.

Hi Susan, The quick answer would be to create another status in your workflow for Shaping or something similar where everyone knows what that status means.
