Hi Liam - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking the above two answers as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.
-
Hi BJ, Maybe try a different browser or try with Incognito/Private window mode.
-
Great to hear! If that answered your question, would you be so kind as to click on the Accept Answer button above to close this one out? Thanks!

¿Migraste los datos, pero no se crearon los sprints? ¿Aún tienes acceso al original para ver cuáles eran los sprints? ¿Qué esperas ahora mismo?

Hi Timi, You should be able to use some JQL like this: Project = RD and summary ~ "[Validation]" AND issueLinkType = "blocks"
-
Are you wanting to get rid of the Service Collection and go back to just JSM? Here is more information about what is bundled. https://www.atlassian.com/collections/service
-
Hi Emerico, It looks like you have been rolled over into the Service Collection, which is a collection of apps, which includes Jira Service Management. It's a bundle or package if you want to look at it that way. So you grant access now to the Service Collection "app" instead of JSM directly.

Hi Suma, I am going to mark Yogesh's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.
-
Hi Malte, In an Advanced Form, I would say yes. Mostly give it a try and see!
-
Hi Susan, I suggest you go ahead and create a support ticket. Please post back here with the solution for future readers. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi Jeffrey, Typically with that many fields I would configure a Field Configuration for each issue type and mark the fields required there.
-
Hi Thami, A couple of questions. Is this a Team-managed or Company-managed JSM space? And is the field the standard Teams system field from Jira or is it a custom field?
-
Hi @LogistikIntern Service-RPA That is not possible as far as I know. I suggest you open a support ticket to ask Atlassian to be sure. Please post back here with their answer for future readers. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi Hannes, Conditions in the form are controlled by adding Sections to the form. This step-by-step should help guide you through that. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-implement-conditional-logic-in-jira-forms-on-atlassian-cloud-1167693620.html
-
Hi Remya, What exactly are you doing? And what are you expecting to see?
-
And if there are items, that all of them are in the HI project.
-
Hey Chelsea - can you put that JQL for the lookup into a filter and see if it returns anything? Use the hardcoded value for the parent = HI-6414
-
Hi @Sttambeli Have you tried with a different browser? Or try with Incognito/Private window mode. What were you doing when this happened?
-
Hi Ted, You need to use the email address of the user in that column for Reporter.
-
-
Hi Cuney, You should be able to follow the guidance here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/
-
You are welcome and best of luck!
-
Hi Bernard, Are you just wanting to learn Rovo? Is this not a scenario you could use with an automation rule?
-
So which field did you change on the trigger to get it to fire? And neither field got updated? You might want to log the lookupIssues.size to see what the value is.
-
Hi Natalia, Not sure I completely follow. But you want to see how many tickets you have completed on a project out of the 10 per month allotted?
-
Hi Mike, When on the board, you should see the 3 dots menu in the upper right next to Share. Click that and then Configure multi-space work.
-
Can you share the full rule that is the latest?
-
I don't see anywhere where you are matching the parent with the parent of the parent from the lookup issues. Take a look at Bill's last post for that. BTW - Bill and Trudy are the experts here, so if they can't help you, then you are beyond hope. haha.
-
Hi Sudarsana, Just realize that the Sandbox is different from Production and will not necessarily have the same permissions. By the error message, you do not have the correct permissions. You need to add yourself to a project role on the project most likely.
