Hey Chelsea - I hope all is well with you. Yes, the log is only showing the child start date because you are using triggerIssue.xxx - the trigger issue is the child issue.

Hi Ryan, I am going to mark Trisha's answer as accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Yes, you can use both the individual transitions. One doesn't really take precedent over the other as both would appear to the user. So in that case, I usually add conditions to one or the other transitions so the user only sees one. So if you are using a dedicated issue type, then you would just add that to the…

Like @Andy Gladstone my valentine's card was VERY long ago - maybe even kindergarten. But I remember the conversation hearts, and I remember many cards had slots in them so you could slide a sucker stick in them. Oh, the good ole days!
-
Very good - thanks for that. I don't use Data Center very often. Is there an option for the Branch for Children? If so, you might use that instead of the JQL. Then add a Condition under the Branch for checking if the field = Yes.
-
You are very welcome. Best of luck to you.

Hi @kshitij.chougule Try a different browser or try the browser with Incognito/Private Window mode.
-
I doubt it. This is not something that Atlassian has attempted in the past.
-
Your screenshot is of the audit log and not the rule itself. We need to see the rule.
-
Hi Jason, I will contact Atlassian for you so they can come help.
-
Hi @Mateusz Janus Can you please post a screen shot of the rule that you have so far? Also please show details for the branch you are using.
-
Hi Bernhard - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't think you will be able to accomplish what you want to do with a single Transition. You can leave the All going to Done and use the API. Then you can create additional Transitions from the other Statuses to Done and use the screen. Not sure how many other Statuses…

Hi Vinod - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am going to mark Varsha's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Hi Joshua - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! No, that is not possible within the same Atlassian product. You can have different subscription types for different products - for example, you can have Premium JSM and Standard Jira. But you can't have some users in Jira be Premium and some be Standard.
-
Hi Adrian, You would need to create the rule at least with multiple projects (doesn't have to be Global, but does have to be multi-project).
-
Okay, thanks for that. I think you should open a support ticket with the link above and let them sort it out.
-
Okay, that's helpful. Hopefully, someone from Atlassian will be along soon.
-

I am also escalating here for Atlassian so maybe someone can get you access and get an update for you.
-
But you can't get to it to add the email address as a participant? You should be able to get there just by being the Reporter - if they added you as a reported. If you still can't get to it, you should open another support ticket and reference this one as you not having access and needing a status.
-
Not sure what is going on but I did notice that the top image has a link to Connect Development tools. Not sure why that one has it and the other doesn't. What happens if you click on that? And probably regardless, you should open a support ticket with Atlassian to get them to explain what the heck is going on. Please post…

Hi Ray - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! When you say all statuses are mapped - does that mean that some Epics have a different status from the Epics that are showing on the board? And if so, what is the difference?
-
Hi Bhatia, You should be able to create a new Top-level view and then save that again.
-
Hi Steven, No, that is not possible with current functionality in Jira.
-
Can you share some screenshots of both? Do they have different Project Roles with different permissions than you?
-
Hi Marlena, Can you share a screenshot of where this is happening? Also, have them try a different browser, or use Incognito/Private Window mode to see if that helps

Hi Onur - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am going to mark Ashu's answer as Accepted. Let us know if you still have questions.

Hi Wenjing - I am glad you got it solved. I am going to mark your answer as Accepted. Best of luck!
-
Hi Roger, You should probably open a support ticket with Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
-
Hi Charan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! There are at least 3 ways to do this. You can create an Automation Rule to send a custom email to users. You can use the Customer Notifications under the Space Settings and turn on (or off) the notifications that happen. And third, you can use the Notifications Scheme…
