Nice reports! Thanks for sharing!

Hi David, I assume you mean JSM and not JSD (old term). The best way to do this in my opinion is to create additional custom fields to capture the data and put the fields on a form. Then have the users fill out the form in the portal.
-
Hi Alex, Team-managed spaces are very limited as far as customization and you can't do much with the board. Many people suggest avoiding those types of projects altogether (I am one of those :-) That being said, you can create a second board and use a board filter that limits the work items show on the board to a specific…

HI Darryl, What Schema did you import it into? Can you share some screenshots of the import process?
-
Hi Penny, Scrum boards have the Backlog built into them. You can't change that. The Backlog will show work items in the first status of your workflow. What are you wanting to see right now, and what is different about what you have?
-
Hi Ahlam, This is an end user forum and not Atlassian support, just for clarification. Having said that, user accounts must have an active email account and be accessible by someone directly to accept the invitation and finish setting up the account in Jira. Distribution email lists and not a good idea to be used because…

A couple of caveats: 1. The field must created as a global custom field through the Company-managed custom fields process: settings > work items > fields. 2. The field cannot have any context where it is limited to certain Company-managed projects - it must be a global context. 3. Then you should be able to use the field…
-
Hi @Álvaro Boza Yes, this is possible. See my answer on this previous post: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Sharing-custom-fields-across-projects-Team-Managed-Project/qaq-p/2672003

This is not correct. You can create a shared field between them.

Hi Jonny - I am going to mark Trisha's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

@Natalia Sleszynska - Are you still needing assistance? There are a lot of good options here. You can try any of them for free for 30 days. I highly recommend the one above from Broken Build.
-
Hi Jose - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yest, that should work. Give it a try and if it doesn't work for you, post back here with screenshots of the entire rule, details of the webhooks/send web request trigger, and results of the audit log. Best of luck!

So you are all good now?
-
So the Agent is the one actually creating the ticket? And not the user directly? And if so, what would one of those popups look like - meaning what kind of information is in it?
-
Buc-ee's is AWESOME!! And Sam's Club would be another one!
-
Hi Adithya, Work item security is composed of different levels of security which allow certain users to see the work items that are attached to that level. If you cannot see certain work items/stories, then you either need to be added to the security level by your Jira Administrator or the Jira Administrator (or whomever…

Hi Arielei - I am going to mark the answer from Marc as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

It should be resolved by now. Are you still having problems?
-
Hi @dubrox - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Atlassian is aware that there is an issue with the boards and their team is working on it. Wait just a little while and try again.

Hi Andrew, I don't think you will be able to do a popup - but you should be able to add an internal comment when the ticket is created. Is that one of the scenarios you have tried?
-
No, I am not aware of another place where there is a status exclusively for Automation.

Hi Andre and others, Atlassian has acknowledged that there is an issue with the boards and their team is working on it. They are seeing some recovery already as you also appear to be seeing. If not yet, give it a little bit of time and refresh.

Hey Bill, I think that is a fantastic idea! Have you submitted that to Atlassian for them to add as a requested feature?
-
Hi Joseph, I suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian. This is at least the second time I have seen a post about this in the last week. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Please post back here with the resolution for any future readers. Best of luck!

Hi Colum - is this a Team-managed or Company-managed space/project? Can you share a screenshot of the csv you are importing (just a couple of lines).
-
Hi Frank - Your rule looks fine to me as Bill also said. I am marking Bill's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Hi Sida - Unfortunately, when the ticket is deleted in Jira Cloud, it is gone. It is not worth doing a reimport of the out of the box backup because you would lose all of the work you have done since the last backup. Your best options moving forward it to update your Permission Schemes to not allow users to Delete…
