Once you get it set up with the Automation rule, then the user just needs to populate the Recurring Needs field (or whatever you call it). You just need to make sure that the Space is included in the Rule (now call Flows) or you can just make it a Global rule and be done with it.

I am just going by the tags on this post in the upper right. I am just a user like you and do not have access to your Jira instance. But you can check by going to Settings > Billing. This will tell you which plan you are on.

Hi Fuyuko - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You should still be able to use the old version of the import. Go to Settings > System > External system import > Switch to the old experience
-
Great - glad to hear it is working for you.
-
That's because you are on the Free subscription. You cannot control permissions or who can see what on the Free plan.

Hi Yashodip, Focus on adding value for fellow Community Members first and foremost. Provide good, quality answers with sufficient detail and not AI produced. Answers must be from your knowledge, not AI. Begin there is my best advice.

Hi Andry - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is a group name - you can assign it to a project role.
-
Hi Cloud - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Did you enable it under the Space Settings > Features > Multi-space work?
-
Sorry - I thought you were were referring the the display in the list of Child work items. On the child itself, sure you can do that. See Brant's answer.
-
That being the case, you are probably right that they are unrelated. I don't know Bitbucket at all, but suggest you go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian while you wait on other answers here. https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/

My journey with Atlassian started with a consultant came into a previous company where I was working to help with a special project. I was involved with project on the fringes initially. The consultant introduced us to Jira and Kanban. That was more than 12 years ago now, and I have been using both ever since!

Hi Antono, There was/is an active incident for Jira related to the API (I think). Hopefully it is working for you now. You can see more details here: https://status.atlassian.com/

Delete cannot be granted in a Free subscription.
-
Hi Katherina, On the Free subscription, deletes are not allowed. Also it is not a good idea to allow deletes of work items. I suggest you update your workflow to add a Status for Cancelled or Abandoned or something like that. That move those work items that are not needed, are duplicates, or will not be worked on to that…

Hi Peter, There is an active incident with Jira right now. Though it doesn't show Bitbucket with a problem, it might be affected by it. https://status.atlassian.com/
-
Hi Santosh - I am sure you know that there is not Atlassian support for Server version and we will be very limited what we can do to try to help. That being said, please post a screenshot as Fabio requested.
-
Hi Shaik - I am marking Bill's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.
-
Hi Ismael - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Not completely following you on the Reporter part. Automation should not be changing the Reporter from the original submission. Can you share the Automation rule that you are using and what part is not working?
-
Hi Kasim, It says you are on the Free subscription - is that correct? And if so, were you on a Trial subscription for a higher level at some point, like Standard or Premium? How many users do you have? And are they Jira or JSM or both?
-
Hi Phil, Short answer is no, that is not possible.
-
Hi Alex, Take a look at this article and see if it helps you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Creating-a-Flexible-Recurring-Task-Issue/ba-p/2040862
-
You should probably open a support ticket with Atlassian to let them take a look. https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/ Please post back here if there is any resolution. Best of luck!
-
Yes was going to suggest that as well. Not sure why the Send customized email option is even there now - it's relatively new.
-
Hi Oliver, I don't think it will affect your existing data. Just add the context back as a Global context and then check your existing work items to see if the data shows up.
-
It might not have been fully rolled out to everyone yet. Contact support and ask if your site has received it yet or how to get it installed quicker.

Hi Jia, These errors are often browser related. Please try a different browser or try to Incognito or Private window mode or clear your cache and try again. Also, are you sure you have access to the Space? If you are a Jira Admin, go to the list of spaces, click on the 3 dots menu to the far right of the space you are…

Hi Sonu - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Rachel's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.
-
Hi Jill - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Not sure how Atlassian determines what the default Status is during the Move process - that's bugged me for a while, also. You might try updating the Transitions to add a property for the opsbar-sequence. Use 10 for the Create transition to Backlog in the workflow used by the…

hi @AShaeffer - I am moving this over to the Confluence group.

Hi Naman, Though I have not tried it directly, for Jira Cloud, the standard Import issues from CSV wizard should support attachments directly. You must create a column named Attachments in your CSV file and populate it with HTTP or HTTPS URLs pointing to the files. The Jira Cloud site must be able to access these URLs…
