Hi Sandy, This is just a user forum. To create a suggested change, please create a Support Ticket for Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/

Hi Joy - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Being an Org Admin doesn't automatically give you access to all things in Jira to do all things. There is not "super" user function like that. Having access to a Board depends on the sharing of the Board filter used by the Board. If that is not shared with you, then you can't…

So this is just happening in the Backlog and not on the screen itself?

Hi Bjorn - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am going to mark Bill's answer as Accepted, but let us know if you still have questions.

I would suggest just putting in your personal email address or use the Reporter or something standard like that and see how it reacts. I have never seen it give a different problem with the Send email action based on different triggers so I really don't think that is the problem. It almost has to be in the address itself.

Hi Stephen, No, you will not able to do that with an out of the box Jira Software space. You have a couple of options - one is to use a third party app like ScriptRunner Behaviours that will give you the conditional field showing up ability. Or two, create a Jira Service Management space with an advanced form (ProForma…

Hi Brent, Can you share some more details? Are they doing something in the wok item before clicking into the Assignee field? Or are they just coming into the work item and clicking into the Assignee field. Are all of those users using the same browser? Are others NOT having the problem? Do they use a different browser or…

So, the difference is the peoplehelp@ email address. Is this a distribution list? Because if it is that is probably the your problem.
-
Hi Jennifer - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Did you ever find a solution for this?
-
Hi Justin, Can you share screenshots of the details of both Send Email actions?
-
This looks really cool. I would lean toward Coaching, but let's see how the survey comes out.
-
Great! Glad you got it sorted. Best of luck!
-
Hi Tomasz, If Option B is all blank, then what do you want to see there instead of none? You can put in a default value in the form like Not Selected or something like that instead of None if you want.
-
Hi Larry - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I know this is old, but did you ever get it figured out? Or did you put in a support ticket at any point?
-
Hi Jaume - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Rebekka's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you still have questions.

Ah, it's something then with the conversion I would assume. You should probably open a support ticket with Atlassian. https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/

Hi Mandar - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I assume this is all good for you now. Marking Vronik's answer as Accepted. Let us know if you have more questions.
-
Sorry it didn't turn out better for you. :-(
-
That's very weird. Can you share some screenshots where you set what unit each of those fields uses?
-
Hi Larissa, Looks like it's probably P for Points as in Story Points.
-
Great to hear!

Personally, I haven't done a lot in Confluence. However, all of our company data is in there and the various team constantly create new pages and keep things up to date. So, that's cool!

Hi Aimee, I highly suggest doing this as a single card/work item. Then update your workflow to have a Design step. Then all of your conversations can happen in the single work item and it moves through your workflow from Backlog to Design, to Design Reviews, to Ready for Development to Development, Testing, etc. Call the…

This is not correct. For Company-managed spaces, the status must also be mapped to the last (far right) column.
-
Hi Fabio, You should be able to do that with a single rule. Just use a branch for Parent. Be sure to add a Condition to make sure the Story Points field of the Parent is not equal to the trigger issue Story Points value before you update the Parent.
-
Hi Abilash, My experience has been that the user must be a part of the group in order to use the group. Please check that.

Hi Trena, This is just an end user forum. You will need to contact Atlassian Support to offer the suggestion. https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Great! Glad you found a solution.
