Unfortunately, you can't use fields or project roles to grant access to view the form rigt now - it's a very manual thing. 

Which one? Did you have the Space Settings access?

Hi Rodrigo, I don't believe this is possible anymore. If you really want to control that, create a dashboard and use the Filter Results gadget. Then you can control what columns/fields show up there better.

Yes JPD will still work if TMP is disabled. As will TMP projects that existed before disabling the creation of new TMP projects/spaces.

But also curious as to what advantages is it for you to do it by sync versus by automation rule. 

Gotcha - I missed the sync part because we don't do it automatically - it's on a case by case basis as to whether the Alert gets turned into an Incident. Thanks for the clarification!

For me, it is still a no brainer to disable TMP. I don't think any value they might have provides a reason to avoid the frustration and problems that they do bring still. I have migrated at least a half dozen TMP projects to CMP in the last month on sites. 

So using the automation rule above didn't work?

Hi Greg, Yes, that is correct way to do the integration. In the Integration log for the integration it doesn't give you more information? 

Hi @deseymour Basically, just click in the Search box at the top of the screen. Then click on the Boards link/button near the bottom of the popup. This will give you a list of boards in your Jira instance. Find your board you want to copy and then click the 3 dots menu to the ight and select Copy.

Hi Heloisa, You can't really do that with a form because the form itself is based on an issue type/work type. You would need to have different "menu" options in the portal itself.
