Those are typically browser related errors. Try clearing cache, using Incognito or Private window mode, or using a different browser.
-
Hi @rraswant Have you tried other browsers? Also, if you want to submit a bug or issue with the layout, you can do that here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/
-
ouch, haha.

Hi Monica, These types of errors tend to be browser related. Try clearing your cache, or use with Incognito or Private window mode. Or try with a different browser and see if you still get the error.

Okay, now click on the transition called Close Story to see if there are Rules there to set the Resolution field. How many rules are there?
-
Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Automation rules don't currently have the ability to do a Move function between Issue Types if the Issue Types are connected to different Workflows. If they use the same workflow then you can do a simple edit like you are doing. What is the work type/issue type of the issue that was…

Wait, do people still take calls on their phone???
-
I don't think I am following what you are saying. Can you include a screenshot?
-
Hi Alexandre - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! This is a gmail issue and not Atlassian. Have you tried to do a manual forward of an email to that address? I suspect that would work which would also indicate it's not an Atlassian issue.
-
Hi Eric, Can you include a screenshot of the rule that you have already? And what is not working about it?
-
Hi Ryan, Can you share a screenshot of the details of how you are editing the Issue Type? Also for the work item created - does the issue type for it have the same workflow as the issue type you are trying to change it to? Or are they different?
-
Hi Serge, I don't really have a strong opinion one way or the other. And I don't support clients who are on Data Center. That being said, I think it is very reasonable for Atlassian to do that since they have publicized this for a long time and have begun the phase out process. Regardless, it's not going to change, so you…

You're welcome.

Hmm, check the workflow to see if there are multiple/duplicate post functions that set the resolution or perform another function in the transition to done.

Hi John, Is the manager in one of the project roles in the Space? They should probably be in the Service Desk Team role.
-
So good to see you at Team 26 @Kristján Geir Mathiesen and so many others. Already looking forward to next year!
-
Hi Jolique, Do you have an example or screenshot of one it is happening to? What is the status of the one being moved?
-
Okay, let's see if someone from Atlassian can come take a look.
-
Sounds good - best of luck!
-
@John Small - glad you found a good solution there.
-
Hi Neil, Short answer is No, but where are you wanting to see that?
-
Hi Pat, Request Type is different from Work Type. Be sure you are using the correct values for what you are searching for. I would suggest you use Work Type if they are a 1-1,
-
Hi Shital - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Yes, you can do that, but you will need a Jira Premium subscription to do that. If you are already using that, then you can implement Initiatives in your hierarchy now. Create a new Work Type call Initiative if you haven't already. Go to Settings > Work Items > Work Type…

Y, a continuación,…

Hi Chanelle - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Were you able to get this created?
-
Short answer is we use Canceled. :-)
-
Don't do it! Just create a Company-managed project. :-)
