It gives them more flexibility only in that they don't have to get a Jira Admin involved to do certain things. However, overall they have must less flexibility/customization that Company-managed. You constantly run into limitations with TMPs.

I tell everyone to just bookmark it in their Browser. Way easier.

See if this lines up with it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-97742

Ah, gotcha - thanks for sharing the screenshot. Yeah, that's where you would put your company logo for the Jira instance. Though for Confluence you can have a different logo. But you won't be able to have a different one that switches between JSM and Jira. You might could handle it by adding JSM - to the beginning of the…

That's correct. So, you should review both workflows to see if that are really that different - maybe you can use the same workflow for both. Then you could do it.

Hi Melina - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am going to mark Mohanraj's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

You are very welcome. If that helped, would you be so kind as to click the Accept Answer button above so we can close this out? Thanks!

Hi Shady - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Looks like Swimlanes have been added maybe and the swimlanes are based on the Category. Click the 3 dots to the right of the board name, then select Configure board (or the equivalent). Then click the Layout option on the left. Things to look for - first, are there swimlanes…

Hi Adon, Make sure you add the Parent field to the screens used by the Spaces. No, it doesn't matter if you have an Epic in the system or not - the field is just a field. But it needs to be added to the screen.
-
Hi Gary, Are you and Administrator for the Project/Space?
-
Nice job! Glad it is working for you.
-
That control would be done inside of JSM, most likely by implementing Issue Level Security if the tickets from Zendesk and JSM go into the same Space/Project. If they are different Spaces/Projects, then you handle that with Permissions on the Space.

Hi Jennifer, My preferred way of handling things is to never move backwards. If it is blocked, then add a Flag to the ticket (if on the board, right click on the card and select add Flag. If in the work item itself, click the 3 dots menu in the upper right and select Add flag). Leave it in the same column until it is…

No, in the diagram view, click on the Transition. That should pop up a box to the right were you can see the rules. Look for the Perform Actions section.
-
You just type the variable directly in the box - {{extractedEmail}}
-
Hi Misha, Not sure as I don't use Zendesk, but why not just migrate to JSM instead of Zendesk?
-
Hi deseymour, No, this is not possible globally. Each user must set their own landing page. You could send out an email with instructions or put up a banner or something like that to guide them. But you can't set it for them.

Hi Tanvi, See if this article helps you: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/How-Can-I-Sum-Up-Multiple-Issues-into-a-Parent-Number-Field/ba-p/2882712

Hi Anton - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Though I am the company's Jira Administrator, I currently sit on a Marketing team and have been implementing campaigns for over a year now. I don't use a template - I build the Space/Project from scratch as needed - including creating new ones based on existing spaces if that…

Hi Brandon, The first thing you mention above should work. Add a Log action after you create the Variable to see what value it has, if any. Also, do an Edit work item to update the Assignee field, and not an Assign work item action.

Hi Relson - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Trudy's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Happy Anniversary to @Kristján Geir Mathiesen and TBT!!!

Hi Melanie - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If your project plan is that large and complex, you are better off using one of the many Capacity Planning third part apps in the Atlassian Marketplace. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=Capacity+Planning&hosting=cloud They coming with a variety of functionality…

Hi Sharon - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Is this what you are talking about? Because it's still there.

Hi Operations, If you are updating the Bug based on the Story when they are linked, then first, add a Re-fetch action immediately after the trigger component. Then add a Condition for the Issue Type = Story. Change the Condition on the Branch to check for Bug instead of Story. Move the last Edit Work item action to under…

Hi @Андрей Калинин - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I am marking Shalini's answer as Accepted. Please let us know if you have more questions.

Hi Vera, No, it is not possible at this time to add a logo to a form in out of the box Jira. You might be able to do it with one of the third party apps for forms in the Atlassian Marketplace.

Hi Eric, It really wouldn't be a forums thing to upvote - that would be a JAC ticket. Ask Rovo (or another AI) for the JAC ticket link for the known limitation.
-
Hi Amour, This appears to be a license issue because they can't even get to the domain.. Go to Settings > User Management. Search for and click on the user. There it will show you what product licenses they have.

Hi @dodonoghue - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Not sure what the difference is, but I see the expanded list of tabs in the Activity section in my Jira Cloud instance. Maybe it's a browser thing? I am using Chrome and Brave.
