Hi Cain - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Are you referring to the Atlassian Community? Or to Jira in general? So, a question back to you would be, what were you expecting to find or what were you hoping to accomplish?

Hi Tomáš - were you able to get this solved?

Hi Annie, Two things to check. 1. User has a Jira license (click on the user in user management and make sure they have the User permission for Jira. 2. Make sure they have permissions to the filter used by the board. Can you the user see an individual work item if you send them a link? If so, it's not no. 1 and the issue…

Hi @Eric Roetenberg - Did you ever get this resolved?
-
Hey - Granted, it really is more of a question of "education" or truly that the team should be deciding - which could be done in the daily standup. That's really the best solution. Having said that, why would you need all of the Work Item rules? The Work Items already exist and do not need to be moved to other workflows.…

Thanks @Deeksha for this!! What a huge help! So one question, in the Integration with an outside system, what is the command that should be sent to do the Reopen? It is it just a Create command? Or something else?

This varies from time to time, but when I hear something usually that I haven't heard in a while, then that sticks for a day or two, and I find myself humming it.
-
Can you share what you have built so far? Then we can help from there.

Hi Gordon - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I don't have the time to completely delve into this - I am sure others will jump in anyway - but you could do a Manual triggered automation rule that would be executed/fired from the work item they want to add. They would navigate to that work item and open it, then fire the…

Hi Brenda - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! In general, no, you will not be able to change names of sections, what is in them, or system field names. Can you provide a screen shot for some more context and information?

@Jacob Briggs - Did you ever get it resolved?
-
Hi Kimberly - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I assume the Epic and Milestone sit at different levels in your hierarchy and you broke the link between the parent and child as the child did not move up a level with the parent (Epic) when it moved. Is that the case?

I suspected as such. I hate Team-managed projects and refuse to use them. They are nothing but problems in my opinion. And Atlassian keeps pushing them for some reason, even hiding the Company-managed option sometimes. And you are right that you cannot convert from one type to another. But you can create a new space and…

Hi User, Yes, that would probably be very helpful - but we are just a user community and can't control those types of things. You should submit a suggestion to Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact#/

Hi Tony, What happens when you select the Assign to Me option? Is there an error? Is the field gray'd out? Something else? Are you able to assign to another person? Or no one shows up in the list?

Hi Calvin, No, you aren't crazy (or at least not because of this :-) but this can't be done right now. You can vote for and follow this request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-82542

Hi Rithika - Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I recommend using the Revyz Command Center for Jira app in the Atlassian Marketplace. Using the built-in Jira tool duplicates a lot of configuration in the target site last I saw.
