I would love to Join. 😍 I tried to apply but the button "Request to Join" doesn't work for me.

We have not conducted many data isolation tests so far, and I would be interested to learn more about this area. I believe it will become an even greater challenge in the future as more business processes rely on automation and AI-driven workflows. The overall complexity is likely to grow significantly. At some point, the…

Hi @Hamza_Elevatic ! I will answer here - since the survey was limited and no open answer was allowed: I am most motivated from seeing the survey results. This allows me to see trends, get value from the research, and allows me to compare my answer to the others who filled in the survey. Cheers, Annie

Absolutely agree that driving traction to a Company Hub requires more than just publishing content. Ease of use plays a critical role — for example, SSO integration with the company’s Active Directory is essential. In that sense, tools like Workflows for Confluence, or other apps that streamline user interaction are key…

Hi @Srikanth Reddy What hosting is your Jira Service Management - cloud or data center?

Thanks! I am always glad to help :)

Hi @Ronny Gohlke , Using Worklog Report: Customer Requests Worklog Portal Report | Atlassian Marketplace app you may define annual contracts with monthly hours and monitor the logged vs remaining hours. You may also show the report on the portal - so that your customers can see how much time have they consumed. I hope this…

See my highlights from the video: Miro for OST * Miro is great for getting started quickly with Opportunity Solution Trees (OST) due to its unstructured nature. * However, as the OST grows, it can become cluttered, making it harder to manage and understand. Reorganizing the layout, making space for new elements, can be…

Thank you @Kian Stack Mumo Systems! I will check this app!

You may try using Jira Service Management, for creation of tickets via the portal. Similar experience as the Form, but no license is needed.

This is what I would have suggested: * Create a filter such as "created >= -24h order by created DESC" * Subscribe the group that needs to receive the emails from the Details menu of the filter

I would like to be easier to show on team's page their goals. Now the link is indirect via project and I had to make fake project to just show goals.

Hi @Tamulyn Takakura , My question was not how to access release feature but how to access the NEW release hub as shown in the video. The features that we see in the demo, which are announced as available to all our clouds, are actually not visible on our cloud. These new features are also not present in the documentation…

How can we enable Jira Software’s new Releases Hub on our cloud?
-
100% agree. We use Miro to capture opportunities trees.

I would also use CSV import.Looks as the simplest solution. Cheers, Annie

Hi @Garth Hume and all, can you share how did you manage to copy the RTE to OTE? We have stuck between Advanced Roadmaps - which do not update the OTE and the Scrum boards which do accept only OTE as an estimate. So unless we find a way to copy the RTE to OTE - using Advanced Roadmaps will generate a huge manual overhead.…

I see two more risks: - if any of the attendees from outside US, when arriving in US has a higher body temperature, he or she may be refused to enter the country - also by the end of the month US may reject flights from mode destinations (as now Italy) It is more the unknowns than a health risk that I see...

Thank you for asking that question! Our concerns are rising.

Hello, I ran into the same problem and I found the answer! This is how currently the Control Chart works, see the docs: Tip 3: Exclude current work The Control Chart shows data for issues that have been in a selected column, but are no longer in a selected column. This gives the cycle time (total elapsed time) for the…

Hello Lars! We use confluence on many projects to capture requirements and each project is different. In regards to adding new features to an Epic - our practise is to split the new requirements into a new Epic e.g. first version of a feature, enhanced version etc. Once an Epic has been described and stories are planned to…

We are also looking forwards for JIRA Portfolio API ...Annie

We are experiencing the same problem: * using Original Estimate on Stories - for Sprint planning * splitting the story into sub-tasks - when implementation starts and estimating them Beside the double effort on the Story ticket page - also Burndown Chart Agile report shows that the scope is extended, when a sub-task is…
