Hey @Vijay, You can check your storage consumption from the admin hub for your cloud site(s) on admin.atlassian.com. * Navigate to "Products". * Select your site. (In my case "mfdev3") * Navigate to storage Best, Max

You're very welcome, @Ermira Hoxha If you find a different solution or app, please share it with us! :)

Hey @Jan Kuntscher - appanvil - Aura Karma Mantra , I see your point, and it might be evident to you. 🙂 Still, it is not for everyone in the community. So, to help you, I have referred you to the official guidelines. Additionally, you can request your Marketplace Partner Lozenge for the community from there. The link is in…

Hey @Jan Kuntscher - appanvil - Aura Karma Mantra I have an ask to you regarding the Partner Guidelines. Can you please adjust your profile so that the partner name is visible as a part of your user name? And if you promote your own apps in replies in the community, it is also appreciated if you make it transparent that…
-
@Ermira Hoxha , trust me on this. You cannot. 😄 Not without third-party apps. Maybe you found one of our older videos about Scroll Imagemap on Youtube showing how to configure the macro and mentioning coordinates: Another one I just found is Brikit Theme Press for Confluence, which seems to come with a macro that matches…
-
Hey Joseph, welcome to the community. :) Can you describe what happens when you try to enter a field that is that far in the future? And where are you trying to fill out the field? When creating an issue? Any context here will be helpful to point you in the right direction. I'm only aware of restricting the date range…
-
Hey Ermira, welcome to the community! :) I am unaware of any way to solve this problem natively in Confluence. The third-party applications you mentioned, such as draw.io and our own Scroll Imagemap, are the solutions that are widely known and available on multiple platforms. 🤔 Best, Max

Ah really? From what you wrote the OR operator is not the correct choice I am looking to display ALL issues associated to the same reporter and creator in one list. This does not work with the OR operator, as you will get the wrong results where the user is either the reporter or the creator. But hey, if you're happy with…
-
Hey @josh_horner , welcome to the community! When you click together your search and switch to JQL, you should see the real query. And normally the AND operator is used (just verified in my instance). Maybe check. Best, Max
-
Hi @msameer, welcome to the community. Can you check whether you have permission to administer the project itself? Being a Jira application administrator does not necessarily mean anything when it comes to project permissions. Best, Max
-
Hey @Heydi Menéndez, I know you're looking for "real" customers, but what kind of software company would we be if we didn't use our own products? 😄 I'm a member of the Scroll Documents team, so let me share at least a few words and resources with you. :) As you can imagine, we're heavily using multiple Scroll products to…

Nice updates and improvements. 💙 And hey, welcome, Janice! 😁👋🏼

Hi @Eman Khan, and welcome to the community! You can archive a project with the Premium and Enterprise plans in Jira Cloud. I linked an article explaining in more detail what that means. Until this feature wwas introduced, there were (and still are) different other options to achieve this, depending on what you mean by…

Hi @Stefan Voogt , and welcome to the community. Data residency works site-wide. So the easiest solution is to move everything to Germany or use a new Confluence site for working with that client. Best, Max
-
Hi @salah younis Could you clarify your question and what exactly you want to achieve, please? Jira Service Management offers an API that you can make use of. Best, Max

You're welcome, Thivya. But it's really not an error. :) You're running a Data center instance that requires you to configure it. Did you check the documentation about the process yet and followed the instructions? * Set up a Confluence Data Center cluster * Data Center Troubleshooting
-
Hey @Thivya , and welcome to the community. You're running into a warning and not an error. At the same time, the warning is not the most useful and can be ignored so far. So, what is stopping you from proceeding with the setup? Best, Max

HI @Kiki LEE , and welcome to the Atlassian Community!# This is an open forum for all things Atlassian. If you're experiencing an issue with your cloud site, please get in touch with the official Atlassian support for help. Currently, no active incident regarding performance or availability issues is officially listed…

Hey @Evgeny Dyo, and welcome to the Atlassian Community! There's no hard limit for nodes, but other factors will start to be a bottleneck (shared storage, shared database). Please refer to this document for more information: Scaling Jira Data Center. Best, Max
-
Hey @Steve Livaudais , welcome to the Atlassian community from my side, too, and thank you for listing our proven app Scroll Translations. 🥳 💡 I just wanted to complement your list, as we at K15t also offer Translations for Scroll Documents, an app for translations that is available not only for Confluence Datacenter but…

What do you mean by "doesn't appear"? The macro will not be displayed when you view the page. Simply put it in a line after or before the heading and you will end up in the right spot. :)
-
Hey @Barbara Szczesniak I would be careful with your second approach. While the link does not fully break and will lead to the correct target site in Confluence, changes to the heading itself will break the link. That's why it's safer to go with the anchor macro.
-
Hey @Yuliia_Borivets__SaaSJet_ , please always make sure to be transparent that you are the vendor of the advertised app. Thanks. :)
-
Hey @Valentina La Russa, welcome to the community! The suggested way is to use the anchor macro on the target page and link to it. You can find a step-by-step explanation in the documentation: * To link to an Anchor macro on another page I hope that helps. :) Best, Max

Hi @Kim Merry Can it be that you created the filter yourself, and it's not shared with others? Or did your colleague ever try to look at all the available filters to find this one ("View all filters")? In general, I suggest having a look at Manage Filters in the documentation to get a better understand of how filters can…
-
Hey @Mahrooz Kayani and welcome to the community! Your question is so adorably vague that I don't really know where to start. 😄 By posting in the Jira Service Management group, I assume you already have Jira Service Management available and can start creating your first service project. 🤘🏼 From there, maybe work through…

Hey @Hakim Boukir, and welcome to the community. Deleted issues can only be restored from a rollback/backup. Once deleted, it's gone. Best, Max
-
You're welcome! :)

There's no difference between both versions, as there is no dedicated community product. It only refers to special conditions for the license (reduced price), but the product is identical. Best, Max

Hi @Nikola.Srdic , and welcome to the Community. Can you give us some more information about the situation? The likely cause for this issue will be a lack of the necessary permission in the space. If it's just a regular space, you can adjust the permissions or any Confluence Administrator will be able to do so (or restore…
