HI @Nji Njicam, Yes, you can do that! :) You need to be a board administrator to do so. By the way, here is the documentation article on customizing columns, so you're well equipped. 🤘🏼 Best, Max

It's great to see so many app vendors supporting small teams! 🥳 In addition to Jira Workflow Toolbox, we also offer our other cloud applications for teams of up to 10 users for free! 💙 * sumUp for Jira * Space Tools Pro for Confluence * Timesheet Check for Jira

You're very welcome, Gabriel!

Hey @Gabriel Cassi A queue is a filter based on issue properties (status, priority, etc..) and not like a folder/box you can add issues to or remove them from. So it depends on how you have set up the queues using available filters or a JQL statement. If you change the issue's details to match a different queue's filter,…

Hi @Maggie Norby Adams and @Bridget Sauer, I also have the feeling that the Apptoberfest badge seems to be a bit shy. 😁
-
@Suvradip Paul , do you mean like this one? 🍂🎃 Apptoberfest discussion: Jira workflows apps
-
You're welcome, and I'm sure we will see each other again here in the community. :)
-
Hi @Marko Majkic and welcome to the community! Unfortunately, I can make the answer short. You have no native way in JQL to realize this comparison. You will need to have a look at available apps on the marketplace and from the top of my head, I only remember that Scriptrunner is offering an enhanced search with additional…

Thanks for the roundup, @Fabian Lim! I can't believe what you wrote! I'm deeply hurt 😜 and I invite you for a personal demo for place 4 in your list (and #1 in terms of marketplace ratings among all Jira apps 😁 😜 )! And by the way, JWME is also available on Cloud. I think that slipped through.
-
@Brant Schroeder thank you very much! You have just sweetened my morning coffee and I actually drink the deep black... 😁 I will forward your feedback to the team 🤘🏼
-
I have no hope at the moment to earn the hoodie 😆 but daaaaaaamn. That's a nice hoodie! I love the Apptoberfest so far!
-
@Samie Delebo - Your Gal at Gliffy , thank you! I was also (positively) surprised when I discovered this! 😆 And feel free to ping me if you want to talk shop about how we get the marketing team up and running in Jira. I am curious and would be happy. 😁 @Alex Koxaras -Relational- , thank you for the feedback. I'd be happy…

Hi @出口 真帆 , when you invite him using his email address and the user already has an Atlassian ID, he will get access right away. If your user doesn't have an Atlassian ID, they will be walked through the Atlassian account signup process to create one. So it should be pretty straightforward! Best, Max
-
@Roaa Rasheed, you're welcome. Glad you could sort it out. Enjoy the new correct resolution values! 😁🤘🏽
-
Yes, perfect! :D Happy to hear.
-
You're welcome, @Michael Smith I would be happy to know if you manage to make the changes and import the space successfully in a second attempt! So keep us posted :) Best, Max
-
Hey @Michael Smith , my first thought was that something somehow went wrong here and you should start all over again. Are you certain that you replaced all the necessary space keys in the export? Did you follow the instructions in the documentation/ KB article: How to copy or rename a space in Confluence Best, Max
-
You're welcome! Could you please keep us posted about your success with finding a workaround and consider accepting the answer at some point? Because that question is common in the community and it never gets old, so it's nice if other community members at least see that it has been resolved (or found a workaround). 😁🤘🏼

Hey @Alex Sanda , a quick thought after I was looking at the configuration. You're are checking an issue field for the project category. But there are no issues to check. Could that maybe be the mistake in the configuration here? Because then I can understand that no actions are performed. :) Maybe it's smarter (if you…
-
Hey @Mariam Hovhannisyan , you will not be able to reset the counter in that project. So you will have to start with a new project. I haven't tried deleting the old project and issue data completely and recreating it on Cloud lately but I think that should do the trick. Best, Max
-
Hey, what will show Done etc. The status of the issue? Because we're talking about two different things here, it seems: * the Status system field of the issues, so the transition that is executed * the Resolution system field that will reflect what the user picked on the transition screen You should make sure that no post…
-
Hi @出口 真帆 and welcome to the community! Can we first establish what platform you are on? I would suspect that it's Confluence Cloud you're using. First off, your user needs an Atlassian Account to use your (cloud) products in your site. When you say that you cannot add the person to Confluence, what does it mean exactly?…
-
Hey @Roaa Rasheed , if you let users select the value in the field on a screen during the transition, you don't need to automate anything as the user actually set the field value already. Are you sure you want users to set the field value and automate setting a different value afterward? That doesn't sound recommendable in…

Hi @Mai Abu Kefoh Welcome to the community 👋🏼 You first need to add the app to your Jira site. This can be done from within Jira. Look at the top navigation bar and go to Apps -> "Find new apps" and search for it there. You can then start a free trial. Or do the same for your Jira site from the Atlassian…

So many different things going on here. 😅 Hey today, I'm a little bit short but I will get back to you during the weekend. A few things: * for next year you can also try startOfYear(+1) * When working with OR, make sure to use parentheses around it. For a long time (not sure about the current state in cloud) OR would…

You're welcome! :)

Hey @Niklas Zarnecke and welcome to the community. Archived pages are just removed from the page tree and quick search but nothing else will happen to them. No deleting etc. is happening, the archived pages stick around. For more information about the implications of archiving a page, have a look at the corresponding…
-
Hey @Carsten Schwartz Nielsen the article you posted states that this configuration only applies to Datacenter/Server. On Cloud, your language settings (personal settings!) affect this in the issue view and that's also a warning you see in the configuration when editing these settings. To answer your last question,…
-
Hey @Tami Dubi until you said "automated status changes" I would have said: perfectly possible! But automated changes will require third-party apps. For simply indicating a status of a page, I would recommend a simple table enriched with the status macro, maybe a date and any other metadata you want to store there. Best,…
-
Hey, thank you for providing more information. So the Include Page topic is definitely something I was able to reproduce in my instance (7.12). Putting tables in panels also caused an error when commenting inline. But not the rest. Using Expands, Panels, or Expands in Panels did not affect my ability to add inline…
