Hi @Mary Bryant and welcome to the community! Are you using Confluence Cloud or a different platform? And can you please describe in more detail what you mean by "stopped working for me"? Are you not able to add new inline comments? Did inline comments disappear? This would be very helpful to know! Are you still able to…

@Samir Haram , like Alex pointed out, you should be able to create spaces from the space overview in Confluence. The prerequisite for this is, however, that you also have the corresponding global permission. So head to the administration and check the permissions for your users and the groups you're in. :) Best, Max

Hey @Ashok Madireddy, and welcome to the community! The ToC macro reads out the headings from the page. So everything you format as heading on that page will be picked up by the macro. There's just a little but, you have different configuration options to limit the ToC macro to specific headings (Like H1 to H3 only) or…

Hi Angie! You have different roles in Jira Service Management that define how you can interact with the application, how you can access it, and, of course, whether you need a license or not. "Customers" are unlicensed users and only have access to your service project through the customer portal. "People" in this context…

Hey @Mila Terzi , Welcome to the community! 😁 The Assignee field as a system field supports different operators but also the operators WAS, WAS NOT, WAS IN etc. (find more in the docs here) for historic values. In this documentation about What is advanced searching in Jira Cloud? you can all the bits and pieces about JQL.…

Hey, 1) the syntax may be valid but the syntax check is only a helper and not smarter than you. You need to talk to the fields correctly on your own. So please find out or show a screenshot of what type the field exactly is to know how to properly query for it. Or start slowly with composing the query and watch the…

Okay, so the "Agreed Deadline" field is the culprit here. I'm pretty sure that "2021" is not a valid value for the field. What type of field is that? Is it a date field? If yes, try something like this: "Agreed Deadline" >= startOfYear() AND "Agreed deadline" <= endOfYear() You have to use a time range. :)
-
Hey, simply paste the above JQL query in the search. Or compose it on the fly because then you will also get some guidance while writing the query. And if you want to become more familiar with JQL, available fields, and functions, you should definitely have a look at the documentation. It's one of the best-documented…

Haha, thank you. 😂 You caught me at a good time. Did you try the query in the global search (Filters -> Advanced Issue search) and does it return issues there? If not, there's something we need to fix with the query. If yes, check whether the issues are part of the project/filter used by the kanban. Add the specific…
-
Hey, that's easy, use this JQL: assignee is not EMPTY AND "Agreed Deadline"= 2021
-
@[deleted] you simply can't. "Automatic" is not like a permanent field value. It only exists on the screen you select it and not afterward. Because then, like I tried to explain, Jira will check a few settings to determine the outcome of "automatic", which is either an issue is assigned or unassigned. If you don't care…
-
Hey @[deleted] you are not able to filter for "automatic" because that only means to the system that the specific order of possible assignment configurations is checked. Think of the project default assignee, component assignment options... So the issue will always either end up with a user as an assignee or unassigned.…

Hi @Roaa Rasheed do you want to automatically set this value? Then you will have to edit the transition leading to Done within the workflow. Is that one called "Cannot reproduce"? I bet right now it simply looks like this: Best, Max

Hey @Jen, do you mean to the new group? You can click the link to the thread in the initial post to head to the group or use this one: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Cloud-Admins/gh-p/Confl_cloud

Hi @Ali Türkkan , I saw a few posts of you recommending the plugin, so I bet you are a part of the team developing the app? Please have a good read-through of Atlassian Community online guidelines for Marketplace vendors and Solution Partners as they provide guidance on how to act around the community as a marketplace…

Yeah, think so too. That's a lot of helpful improvements!

Hey @Alexios Megalos, welcome to the community! Unless you have an "open" Jira instance (anonymous access), product access will always mean consuming licenses. A special case is being a "customer" in Jira Service Management. But watching, same with voting, is not possible for anonymous users. If it is really about simply…
-
Hey @karin and welcome to the community! :) There is no separate permission scheme for customers that's correct. As customers are only interacting with the service management project from the portal, you can find most of the settings affecting their ability to sign up, share requests, etc. in the project settings ->…

Happy to hear that you figured it out yourself @Aravind Gopalakrishnan I just wanted to make sure that you didn't miss it setting up the screens. Because that is definitely a classic thing to do. 😁
-
Hey @Aravind Gopalakrishnan, basic question: So you did fill out the (only) important field Summary while creating the issue? Best, Max
-
Hi @Elska BD ! Welcome to the community! I'm Max and a member of the team developing sumUp for Jira. To help you with the issue, I would ask you to head over to our support portal and open a request. Please don't forget to add a log file so we can investigate the issue. :) I am sure that we will be able to quickly resolve…

Okay, I'm not quite following the "rules". It's not a gif, but this meme just has so much for the eye. I love it. 😁

Hi @Iryna Ihnatiuk , please have a good read-through of Atlassian Community online guidelines for Marketplace vendors and Solution Partners as they provide guidance on how to act around the community as a marketplace vendor. This includes the various way of identifying yourself as a partner (e.g., putting the vendor name…

Ha! Finally signed up as well. 🎉 Looking forward to it! And to join @Monique vdB in some sports activity, I post a very honest picture I sent to my partner after my first 5K in a long while (Winter, rain, lockdown yada yada, you know the excuses 😂). I mostly prefer bouldering and table tennis 🏓 at the moment. And I should…

Hey, so you're telling that you cannot see this button?

Yes, follow the little path I wrote in my first posting to find the templates. :)
-
Hey @BC Peng and welcome to the community! The page properties report only includes content from, you guessed right, the page properties table. So I don't know for sure what you're including on the 2nd-level page but unless it's a part of the page properties, it won't make it into the report. So try what you're suggesting…

Hey Jamie, what gives you the impression that it only does text? You can edit the HTML and CSS of the templates. Maybe have a look at the docs, especially at the first blue box. :) Change the look and feel of customer notifications Best, Max
