I don't know if there's an addon that does this, but the only way I've seen issue counts be shown on the columns is if you go to board settings and click on the columns view.

Good morning, I know you said permissions are OK, but did you check the permission helper just to be extra sure? A while back I had a similar issue, and I thought everything was good, but there was just a small tweak that needed to be made. Does anyone else have access to the administration for that project?

Hey Sam, the issue key refers to the project identifier + the issue number Does this issue "10885" have a key identified? This may be a configuration problem with just one of your issues. 

Hey Myra, This list populates from all Trello users. I would recommend using email addresses to populate people who you know to cut down on possible confusion.

Can you show a shot of your report filter? If your report is being based on resolution, this could be why it's dating back to before your filter date.

Thanks, Maurizio, It's definitely been an incremental process for us, going two years strong at this point! If there had been no progress for us, it would have been easy to give up.
