Hey Naomi, welcome to the community. My heart goes out to you for being in this situation and for all of the callers who are having a hard time receiving a vaccine right now. We're all going through so much right now and my advice is to make space for the negative feelings, accept that they are part of our humanity, and…

Just to make sure I'm being clear, you'll drag the preview window to make it smaller. I didn't want to confuse size of the preview on the page with the physical size of the video that was downloaded. Hope it meets your expectations!

Hi Rishi, currently there is no way to modify these options in Cloud. Atlassian previously closed a request to have more cell highlight colors enabled, but I think users are continuing to lobby for additional enhancements. You can add your use cases and votes to this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-27618

Hey Joe, I think this is a super interesting use case, but not currently available in the Cloud interface. From my experience, this would be a largely manual effort and you would lose information such as who submitted the comment in the first place. I took a peek around the community to see if anyone else had come up with…

Hey Rosy, my understanding is that this was replaced with a slider module to click/drag and can't exactly specify image widths.

Hey Michael, welcome to the community! You can't maintain the create button here, as that shows up only when there are no changes present. However, you will be able to utilize the create button at the top of the screen. Does this meet your needs?

Hey Marco, the only way I've found to improve the perceived quality of the preview is to make it smaller. If you've blown it up, it's going to have that reduced resolution look as far as I've seen.

I'm here to pile on the @Tinker Fadoua love! Some of the highlights of my community are hanging out with this AMAZING BABE! This picture lives on my desk reminding me of all the awesome memories we share!

Anything that saves me clicks is a win! Looking great.

It was a joy and an honor to work with everyone during my CAB tenure. Miss all of your faces but SO EXCITED to see the amazing things the community team has in store this year.
-
@Kat Warner that's an excellent use of Trello and thanks @Monique vdB for reppin RCS! The little coffee pin is just about the cutest thing I've ever laid eyes on.

Hello everyone! Excited to connect with you all! https://www.linkedin.com/in/megholbrook/

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- ! Sad we don't get to hang out at Summit, but happiest of birthdays to you. Congratulations and thank you for being there pretty much every time I've ever randomly googled a JIRA question and your thoughtful response was top of list.

The important part is in bold, which should pull the same issue multiple times. project in (_________) AND issuetype = "Service Request" and status was "Waiting for support" during (startOfMonth(-1), endOfMonth(-1))

@Bridget - what cool prize do I win for posting a cat on the internet??

Hugs to everyone who's working from home for the first time! I'm currently part of what feels like the orchestra on the Titanic - helping us evacuate our corporate office to their homes before I make the move at the end of the week. Fortunately I already have a super cozy space that I work from remotely intermittently.…

Or plants... for those who may be allergic. My office has ALL the plants.

If you don't have a pet, get one. They make the lonely work time less lonely.

I think this is a huge step forward in the ongoing editor discussion. Admins should be empowered to make decisions that directly impact the day to day operations of their business within the products. My hope is that this type of thinking continues with products like JSD cloud where we've had a number of significant (and…

You'd need a pdf handler on your computer to do the following, but use the print command in your browser and 'print to pdf' or 'save as pdf'. You may need to change the scaling options to get the full picture. You won't be able to get a csv though of the sprint reports as far as I'm aware.

It depends on the project configuration. You could work it out so that Student A was a customer that had the ability to view/browse issues, which would allow them to view only attachments. I agree that this seems like a silly use of time when you could have both students reviewing and deleting attachments, but to each…
-
Hey @Diego Javier Noguera Rico - Are you intending to change the verbiage on the button? I don't think this is something that's configurable in cloud, but I want to be clear on what the expectation is.
-
@it Both the CSV and PDF options are native to the product. No additional cost for those features.
-
@John McKiernan - It was a pleasure to speak with you recently on the web training call. However, I received the news on this pricing change shortly after the call and I am just absolutely appalled at the increase my organization will face if these changes go through. We easily run over 2k executions a month, as we have…

Hey there! I'm not aware of a way that you can organize SLAs to always be ordered in a specific way. There's a previous post on this that gives some clarity on the SLA organization: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/Order-of-SLAs-in-SLAs-div-issue-view-screen/qaq-p/721723

Hey @Kara Kerkhof - currently your options are limited for moving things around in the new issue view. There's no way I'm aware of to move anything above that field. The best advice I can give is to give as much feedback as you can on the surveys you see that pop up around the site occasionally. Another place you can…

Great article, @Jodi LeBlanc ! I have a big cabinet in my office where my team can grab cards, stationery, and other fun things very similar to your box idea. My team provides service desk support for a lot of external customers and sales people and one of our ongoing initiatives is for each person on my team to send three…

It's been months, I'm super excited.

HOLY COW MY ACTIVITY FEED IS WORKING

@Jodi LeBlanc - thanks for always sharing awesome tidbits of Trello knowledge. I would have never thought to use the tool in a way that would map out competencies for future learning.
