Welcome Jesse! The Carnelian sounds beautiful, I used to have one that looked like the Grand Canyon condensed into a little rock.

Welcome to the Community! If you're on cloud, your options for customization are very limited. If you're on Server, here is a link to the theme creation documentation: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/creating-a-theme-147624.html

Should clarify that there's no JSD mobile app (Only the general JIRA app) Is this the one you're referring to?
-
Hey Romer, This functionality is not available for customers in the mobile app as far as I am aware. If your desk accepts email requests, this will likely continue to be the best way to submit with a mobile device.
-
Glad you figured it out!
-
Hi Jim, welcome to the community! Can you confirm that you are using the multimedia macro?
-
Hey Roland, I was able to watch a portion of your presentation, really excellent information. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Bill, welcome! Business Class has an 'observer' role if I remember correctly. I don't currently have business class, so I can't confirm. Observers can only view cards by default, but if you change commenting permissions to allow them to comment, then they can perform that function as well. This is super restricting…

Welcome Iain! Since I primarily oversee the day to day functions of Service Desk, that deeper integration between Confluence and JSD sounds like a wonderful idea! I was just talking with a coworker today about how excited we are that Atlassian is going to be making more moves to integrate Stride with their other products…

Welcome Jenn! Excited to see you around =^_^=

Dirty little gremlins! Glad it's all worked out.

I know there's a way to change the notification frequency from immediately to less. That would be through the menu as well. Did you look through the Trello notifications information?
-
Great article! @Tinker Fadoua, you show so much strength, it's amazing to see. Many hat wearers are the best hat-wearers.

Here's the Trello guide on notifications: https://help.trello.com/article/793-receiving-trello-notifications

It sounds like you may inadvertently started watching these boards. Can you check the watch settings by going to show menu link and seeing if watching is checked?
-
Was so cool getting to meet you guys at the Summit last year! (Sweet, sweet unicorn stickers).

Hi Dell, welcome to the community! Are you using a transition when declining a request? If so, you could create a transition screen (Decline) and on that screen populate the decline reason. Then, you could add a validator to the transition that would require the reason be filled in.
-
Also, welcome to the community forums!
-
Hey Amanda, Are you using any power ups that might be triggering these additional notifications?
-
You're very welcome!
-
Maybe you can change the language to French? Everything sounds nicer in French, in my opinion :) All joking aside, I don't believe there is functionality at this time to configure the notification scheme like you can in other Atlassian products.

Hey Jolene, The best way I have found to mirror cards is through the Placker Power Up. You can find more information on this power up here: https://intercom.help/placker/getting-started/frequently-asked-questions-other/how-can-i-mirror-cards-between-two-trello-boards

Hey there, So I understand your process correctly - when a user submits an outage report, you're adding all customers by way of including them as participants?
-
I would disable them all and then re-enable one at a time to diagnose if this is the cause.
-
Hey Usman, I'm using both Chrome and Firefox regularly throughout the day and haven't had any issues. Can you try to disable any browser plugins they may be using and try that? In my experience, UI errors typically result from bad plugins.
-
Hey Gordon, as far as creating a skill repository page for each team member, I think that is a fabulous idea. I'm seeing in my head a very RPG-esque page. When your team member 'levels up' is the part that I'm not understanding fully. What programs will trigger these updates? Do you have a system for tracking these…
-
Hi Jerry, are you running JSD Server or Cloud? Here is a related article I found with some helpful links, including a 'doublecheck' app link that prompts for confirmation before sending an update to external.…
-
I agree with Jack 100% but also wanted to remind you that if you have any third-party apps that might send notifications, disable those as well. I accidentally crashed our email server about two years ago bulk updating some issues with a new resolution. The customer notification was turned off, but we had another that was…

Hi Helen, This functionality is not included out of the box, but very easily accomplished with a power up (easiest) or an integration service (more difficult). Trello has some suggestions here: https://help.trello.com/article/1097-mirroring-cards I recommend the Placker power up.…

Fantastic article @Daniel Eads {unmonitored account}! The little voice in my heart that loves lists was so happy that you included a printable checklist.
