The eaiest way I've found to do this is through the Trello/Stride or Trello/Slack integration https://blog.trello.com/slack-power-up-trello-alerts There may be other power ups that have the same functionality, but these products all exist within the Atlassian ecosystem, so I recommend them first.

Hey Thomas, welcome! This power up may include what you're looking for: https://butlerfortrello.com/
-
Hi Thomas, are you currently using the mobile app?
-
Nic, you're breaking the illusion in my mind.
-
Same, lots of product shirts, but nothing that really stands out. Our household watches a lot of twitch, I will have to look you up! It's awesome that one of your subs made you shirts, that's basically rockstar status, amirite?

I'm imagining a wall of shadow boxed tshirts meticulously framed and lit... Tshirt hall o' fame style. I think I walked out of Summit with a new wardrobe last year. Only one pair of socks though (which my son stole). I'm a non-sock-wearing kind of lady anyway.

I think the biggest help in implementing at my organization was for very simplified templates. Content creators typically do not want to go through the hassle of figuring out how to format their posts or figure out how to create rich content. I was reading the other day, (can't remember the source), that of all your wiki…

Our organization (Mortgage Bank), is planning to roll out a Confluence instance as an intranet/wiki. All documentation that is not training-related will be stored here. So happy to be moving away from Sharepoint. Agree with @Jodi LeBlanc that email usage is a crutch, and the sooner you get away from it, the better.

Here's the GTD methodology workflow in case anyone is interested:
-
Sounds a lot like the Pomodoro method! Pomodoro is the idea that you work in set minute increments, and then a small break after each set. After you complete a 'set of sprints', then you take a long break, and then start again. You mention GTD in your tags, have you had success with this? I use GTD methodology through a…

Hey Allison, Since the excerpts are still technically part of Space 2, I don't think this is possible. Are you using an addon (like SmartTemplates?)
-
That's an amazing screw up story, but even more amazing is how you managed to pull a solution out of your pocket and save the day. The best feeling is when you break bad news to a client and they trust you enough to let you work out a solution. Achievement Get: Superhero

Hi Phil, I think this issue is an open one for server JSD you can vote up and comment on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1169 If you're on cloud, the associated issue is here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1169 There aren't many voters at this point. I wonder if this could be accomplished by an…

Whoever you add to the 'Assignable User' permission.
-
I found a group picture:
-
Hey Florian, this is absolutely possible with out of the box permission options. You would create/administer a user/group/role to have create issue access, and not allow the others. The assignable user group would include the issue creator group as well as the agents you want introduced.
-
Oh no! I remember having that exact same issue but with email requests into JSD because it didn't occur to me that, duh, someone that was emailing wouldn't be able to fill that field. Doesn't it feel awful when the realization first dawns on you?

Check out this sweet tutorial from Atlassian: https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials/sprints If you have any questions on specifics, let me know!

Hi Prabhu! Welcome to the Community!

Welcome to the Community! Glad to have you and looking forward to seeing your sweet, sweet skills!

bahahaahaha

Don't think I would have survived the heart attack to go on and correct the issue. You're stronger than I!

I told this story in my admin class at Summit and won 'worst story of the room', it's still my most shameful moment: I was a baby admin, a few months into our onboarding of JSD, JIRA, and Confluence. We had all the basics down and had been running smoothly. We hadn't correlated the difference between done and resolved, and…

Do you ever feel like your organization has pressured your team to adopt agile practices? ITIL is very regimented comparatively, so I can see those teams trying to shake you guys up a bit. I see a lot within my organization that teams who may be used to doing things one way tend to cross-pollinate when more than one…

Hi Edmund, welcome! I'm going to assume that you are using the new interface and trying to view a board you have already created, if I'm off-base, let me know. Click the magnifying glass icon on the left of your screen > look under 'recent boards' > view your board here or click 'view all boards' to locate the one you're…

Thanks Nabil! Totally forgot about the iOS version of JSD.

Hey Usman, Have these users tested with a different browser? I'd like to rule it altogether that it's just Chrome having the issue.
