Blue star is a 'favorite' and will show up in your shortlist. Star outline has not been marked as a favorite. 

You will need to 'un-favorite' each of these items in your full filter list by clicking the star next to the filter name.

Offline sync won't work on this platform. I'm hoping they are able to figure out a way to do this in the future though, but I'm sure it's a bit different with a webpage as opposed to an app with locally stored content.

We're trying to move as far away from email as possible, so it's nice to see @ mentions in the notifications home page. Is there a way to see share comments in there as well? 

Hey Andrew, welcome to the community! I'd suggest revisiting your filter and narrowing it down with JQL. Do you need help locating the issue navigator with JQL bar?

Hey Bethan, welcome! If you open the display options tab at the bottom of the configuration window, taking the 20 out of the field will enable to show all issues. Hope that helps!

I know this probably isn't the robust solution you were looking for, but I don't know of a way to make inline comments on the actual image. Another solution for you may be to annotate the image with an outside program like snagit before you upload. 

Hey Hendrik, When you copy the image to a card, you have the ability to also add a comment (after the hotlink for the image). It will show up like this (my comment was "image comment"):

When you click the option to add an attachment to the issue only, it does not create that link in a comment to expose the attachment to the user.
