Awww, that LEETLE face! Were you hoping to participate on lots of harrowing high-speed chases?? I think the epitome of famous policing is when you have a theme song like Shaft.

Love this @Tinker Fadoua! Wonderful use case. I, too, agree that Trello would benefit from Sub-cards. I've thought that many times, and hope to see this in the future. I use Trello both professionally and personally (gotta keep those kids on a chore schedule somehow!). The best part about Trello is the ability for…

I DID see the crosswalk musical! I forgot about it until I clicked through. Josh Gad though, love him so much.

I'm seeing in my head a very Steve Zissou-like Cousteau. Do you still have an interest in the great unknowns (space/deep sea)? It's amazing to think about those spaces in relation to human life. I get that weird self-aware feeling that I'm very tiny in the scope of things when watching documentaries about space, the…

@Monique vdB: 1. Yes! I saw a play put on at the Music Circus in Sacramento last year. The music circus has a small stage, minimal staging, and is done amphitheater-style. Probably one of my favorite places to see a play. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0gSlBi09kIQ 2. Yes! I was not as thrilled with the live action as I…

Atlassian also has great documentation, here is a good one for Confluence: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/tutorial-navigate-confluence-251005338.html

Hi Dinesh, I recommended some good planning standards in another thread recently here. Setting standards and expectations early is going to deliver the best benefit in the end.

Post edit notifications are super annoying to me personally, I could do without. Collection activity as a digest would probably be more effective. Right now I've got a couple of outlook rules to manage all the notifications. A typical user probably doesn't get as many as I do, but could still be spammy.

Hey @Kesha Thill, The biggest use of templates for us has been to standardize data entry that is repetitive, which is obviously the entire purpose of a template. To that end, anything that can be made into a form, we do it. Risk logs, Parking Lot Items, Issue Logs, all have been templated and are added to each new space.…

Hey @Kesha Thill, We utilize Adobe Captivate for Training materials. We did this to take a more interactive avenue for learning that includes documentation, interactive courses, and quizzes. Since the majority of our organization operates on email, I can't say that we're all the way there in terms of adoption, but yes,…

You're so good to me @Mo --> Large <3

This is more of the approach that our organization takes. I agree with you completely.

I thought I was the only one... Whenever I get shirts at conferences, I just ask for my husband's size unless I think the shirt is AMAZING. I love that you have a Community shirt ^_^

Love those, and they totally count!

We review the release notes and make a decision for each application dependent on new features and bug requests. We don't like to get too strict about timeframes and focus more on what's being offered/resolved. We don't have an enterprise-wide utilization yet though, so this allows us a bit more freedom since only about…

Hi Natalie! I have found the stock JIRA service desk reports to be extremely limiting. I recommend an addon such as All-In-One reports. There are certainly ways to report on custom fields as Mohammed mentioned above, but overall I have found much more flexibility in third party reporting.

Hey Jenny, welcome to the community! There are a few Calendar add ons for Confluence that may suit your needs. Feel free to look around and let me know if you want to elaborate your business use case a little further: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?product=confluence&query=calendar

Hi Sunita, There's a possibility that you can add this as a postfunction to a transition. I've had great success with automating tasks like this with Automation for JIRA.
-
Hey Ann, Quick and dirty way to figure this out is to use a live or test ticket and try the permission helper.
-
Hello and welcome to the Community! Many large organizations utilize Jira Service Desk daily. The volume you're reporting certainly can be handled.

Hey David, welcome to the Community! Glad you are here to share your knowledge and so happy to hear that you have found help for some issues.

Hey Allison, I don't believe so. Excerpts are just a display view of content within another area. Since access to that content is limited, I don't think it will pull either way.

There are integration tools that you can look into. One that I use for Trello pretty regularly is Zapier. This route will require a lot of configuration, and also is not free. There are other programs like Unito, Workato, AppyPie, etc that can perform similar functions when configured correctly. Out of the box with Trello…

Definitely agree @Steven Behnke. I administer a mortgage origination system with tens of thousands of custom fields (most created before there were even certified admins for that system in the Org). Getting users to reduce those fields, even when the system was underperforming, was a nightmare. To this day, we have been…

Welcome, Mitch! I'm not aware of a way to format cards this way currently. I looked through the powerups as well and was not able to find any addons with this functionality either.

Hey Anthony, congratulations on the new position and welcome to the Community! I'm going to start out by saying that the best way to learn Confluence is to get in there and start experimenting. Following that up with my tips for the issues you presented: 1. Develop your proposed hierarchy first on paper. I find that this,…

Hey Derek, welcome! Do you have a firewall that may be preventing you from taking certain actions? Some web monitoring tools (looking at you, Bitdefender), cause connections to some sites to not be allowed unless you whitelist.
