You've set the bar really high for all the partners in here looking for anniversary gifts.
-
Davin, that's amazing!! Did she love it? Of course she loved it, it's awesome.
-
Go Heth!! I did Poison Ivy one year, it's a little *skimpy* for a public forum LOL.
-
In the US, the superbowl is my absolute favorite day to go shopping. I do not blame you one bit. What is sports even??
-
Oh look... a June discussion >_> *shameless plug*
-
I'm imagining you strutting into a room lit up with spotlights and fans, so fierce! RIP Destiny's Child. I'm pretty sure Say My Name is one of my favorite breakup songs of all time.
-
I don't know how I missed this, but Todrick is the bomb.
-
I should also let you know that integrating the two services with Zapier will require credentials from both programs, so you will likely need to work with the JIRA administrator at your organization for that info.
-
Hi Irina, welcome to the community! I had a similar issue, only in reverse. We needed to share JIRA data with a Trello team. I used a third-party automation service called Zapier to create a syncing rule that every time a JIRA issue was created in a certain project, a duplicate was made in Trello. This can absolutely work…

Unfortunately the cost of Cloud is not having a robust customization system like on Server. For the most part we make do, hopefully in the future we have expanded capabilities!
-
Hey there, Can you be more specific about your question? Are you looking for additional addons that existing admins find useful?
-
+1 to using a date in the fix version, this is how we do it at my org.
-
@Tinker Fadoua, that's it... i'm coming to live with you. My family will learn to survive without me.
-
@Community Manager BEAUTIFUL! I wholeheartedly agree with your statement that it helps catch the things we all miss. So many amazing things that just live right in front of us and we're too busy to stop and look. Especially in a place like New York which is so dense.
-
Also @Monique vdB, I think it's awesome that your daughter enjoys making art with you. My oldest son thinks working on projects with me is just the worst thing he's ever been subjected to. I was that mom that made him awesome hats for winter and he tossed them aside. I keep telling him that someday he's going to make me a…
-
@Bridget, you're giving me the Borders sads right now. Many hours I spent waiting for new Harry Potters in front of one ;-; @Monique vdB The fact you're adapting Persuasion is amaaaaaaazing. You're going to blow all that Twilight/YA nonsense out of the water, just IMO. As for my Etsy store, it is barren. I have some…

OMG, that sphynx! So much personality. I'm so impressed by your artwork, I'm in love with all of the color. At best, I can doodle stick figures to amuse my children.
-
@miikhy, your skills are way more valuable than mine until such time as the world ends, when I can barter for supplies with knitted socks LOL. I'm excited to see your new app, are you planning to debut after Summit? Keep me updated, I love trying out new apps ^_^
-
Hey Sean, there are some things to consider in this question and a couple of solutions I can think of. Neither are perfect. JIRA and Trello fields are not 1:1, and by that I mean that there are many more fields and functions in JIRA than there are in Trello, so you will need to weigh what data is important from JIRA.…
-
@miikhy, I am a terrible, terrible programmer, so I envy your ability to create apps! What have you been working on lately, anything you can share?
-
Great! Sounds like this will work for you then? You could potentially change this to current week even if you want to show anything you haven't viewed this week.
-
Survey was opened, got it. Thanks!
-
Happy Friday, let me know if you need anything else.
-
Hey Kirstin, welcome to the community! You will need to go to the customers section of the settings and navigate to the correct organization. From within that organization there are options to add users. Hope this helps you out, happy Friday :)
-
I misspoke, oops! JIRA system settings, not JSD settings:
-
Hey Chantel, totally possible :D (Welcome to the community btw) You will want to to go service desk settings > Mail section > Send Email From there you can configure a mass email to anyone in the Service Desk Customers group. hope this helps!
-
More use cases, huzzah! Well done @Bridget and Navin Singh!
-
You may also find this JQL a useful starting point: lastViewed != currentLogin() and resolution is not EMPTY You can modify this to fit your business need, and include statuses.
-
Hey Torstein, welcome to the Community! I don't think the filter you have will work because it will not include issues that you haven't viewed, which seems to be the goal. You also mention that the lastviewed isn't updating, which I think is strange. Have you checked out the new Atlassian HOME? You can navigate to this by…

Hey Barbara, give this addon a try: Automation for JIRA What you're asking for can be accomplished with the suite of automation tools provided, and it's relatively inexpensive (will depend on your user base though).
