@Jonas Pencke Doc-as-code may work for some type of documentation in specific circumstances but the fact is that Git was designed for code, not to handle natural language and complex text structures. In my previous gigs, we realized that with Confluence and marketplace apps, we were saving about 30% of time compared to…

Hi @Igor and welcome to the Community. In my previous company - Emplifi, I deployed Scroll Sites (formerly known as Scroll Viewport) by K15t to create an internal only documentation and intranet sites for the same reason - declutter the UI and only present content that people actually need. The site looked very much like…

@Linh Nguyen There seems to be bug in the PDF export tool, I tried to troubleshoot a two questions in the last two weeks, each time users complained that suddenly they cannot see images in their PDF exports. In each case, I was unable to reproduce result. But as @Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ said, pls do contact Atlassian…

Hi @Bambang Handoko Can you access your Confluence and only can't find a couple of spaces? Or is it that you can't access your site at all? You say that you have a free plan but you tagged your question with 'premium'. Those plans differ in terms of support and access policies (among other things). With the free plan, you…

Actually, Billing support has its own entry point - https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ That's where I was despatched a couple of times by the regular Support :) @Wendy Krepsky - just ensure that you're logged in with your Atlassian account.

Hi @[deleted] and welcome to the Community. As for knowledge management, documentation architecture in general, we are launching Documentation Guide, a series of articles focused on documentation life cycle management. You can sign up here to get notified when it happens. No strings attached, it's free, it's not about…

@Nina Misson - this looks like a response for Confluence Free licenses. My private site is Standard and I'm seeing this I'm logged in with my Atlassian account so the system identefied me and offered me to choose the product affected. Aaaaanyway.... I ran your issue by the resident AI and got this: Current Limitations with…
-
@Nina Misson It seems that you're not the first person with this issue - images do not appear in the exported PDF. I was chatting with another user last week. To contact support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ (after a couple of steps you should be able to open a live chat, or you can just open a ticket) My first…

Hi Silvia, Frankly... no. I've tried to recreat the scenario on my private site, even using a silly file name but it worked. PNG, JPG, Standard Confluence. Presuming you have Export permission, and the right permission set to see the content (including the png file). From experience, what can cause issues is custom pdf…

Hi @Silvia Colombo I would check if the image is actually attached to the page (page details > Attachments). As a next step, I'd try to re-attach the image - this always rectified the missing image for me.

Hi @Nicolas Conder and welcome to the Community. Are we talking about Atlassian Labs app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214912/better-code-macro-for-confluence ? Are you running the latest version? If so, I'd speak to the Atlassian Support and investigate the issue - it's probably related to this announcement:…

Hello @Grace Harman and welcome to the Community. It depends on your use case and workflows. * automation * search * content management and life cycle management * API integrations * Marketplace apps * content manager's very own sanity For example, in my previous company, we used labels to tell the AI agent which pages,…

Interesting :) Reminds me of the Easter Egg that Microsoft put into Excel into Office 2000. You could play a Spy Hunter (Dev Hunter) game... in Excel! :) You drive a car and devs' names appear on the tarmac. https://forums.arcade-museum.com/threads/play-spy-hunter-in-excel-easter-egg.4165/

@Vesta Agencia - just adding an alternative Billing Support link - the one that I used when dealing with similar issues, the one Atlassian Support is likely to recommend for billing in general. https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Hi @Raynara Alves Blaque Check the user's permissions in the given space (Space settings > Space access > Users or Groups). They may eddit the page but adding/deleting 'attachments' has its own setting.

Hi @JOSEPH ANDERL and welcome to the Community. Please, be aware that this is a public forum and anyone on the internet can see your posts. I'd refrain from posting specific details here. Hi @FATHI TKITEK and welcome to the Community Since you do not specify whether you're on Confluence Cloud or Data Center.... I'm going with Cloud. You can create a Confluence Database and configure it to start with a page linke and page details in other columns. You can then export the database as a CSV and import it to…

Hello @Emily Costello Congratulations on your marriage :) A word of caution though, this is a public forum and anyone on the internet can read the content. We cannot access your Confluence site. In this case, I suggest that you speak to your Confluence admin and/or your Atlassian organization admin as they would know how…

Hi @luxanx Is this coloring related to a specific code's syntax? If so, you should be able to simply the select syntax type on individual code blocks.
-
Hi @Arul Subramaniam and welcome to the Community. What do you mean by 'document'? Is it a file or an actual text document? While Confluence is not designed to be a file sharing service, you can simply attach all files to a single Confluence page and direct your team members to this page. If it's a text document, just…

Hello @Rob Peters Well, I asked Rovo and it produced this: Having said that... what is the underlying use case here? I'm thinking in terms of what comes AFTER you copy content because there are already solutions that allow you to simply sync content from ONE to multiple spaces - automatically.
-
Hi @Kawtar Lafriouni I'd select one of the affected users and then check the following: * permissions in that particular space - for the user and for the groups the user belongs to * roles * restrictions This video might help - Permissions and Restrictions in Confluence 2025

Hi @Star LLC and welcome to the Community. Can you be more specific about what documentation we're talking about? Public and customer facing product docs? Internal for developers? You're on Confluence, which is a good start. There are apps that can help (Scroll Documents with versioning and version management), various…

@Norman Cates You can create a page and put individual images into individual excerpts. Then you simply use insert excerpt (excerpt include) macro on a new page and point it to the specific image's excerpt. I think there's an app in the Atlassian Marketplace that creates an image library that should work for your use case.
-
Hi @Norman Cates Can you, pls, share a screenshot and specify the image file type? I was able to insert and adjust images into a Confluence page both as a regular 'big picture' and as an inline image. I also managed to convert a regular image to inline and back.

Hi @Prajwal S N A word of caution - this is a public forum where anyone on the internet can read the posts. Also, we're just users and enthusiasts helping other users and we cannot access specific instances. So, as @G subramanyam writes, contact your admin. Or, if nobody from your company can access the site, and you're…

Hi @Philip Chin Hitting Enter at the end of a line in a bullet/number list automatically inserts another line in that list - indented right. * Lorem ipsum ENTER * Dolor sit amet ENTER * you get the point. To enter a NON-numbered line, use the so-called Soft Return = SHIFT+ENTER * Lorem ipsum SHIFT+ENTER You can place text…
