Hi @Егор Екатеринин . The first question would be which diagramming app you are using, but since diagramming apps always work in Confluence macros, I think I can answer on behalf of the most relevant ones (not just our draw.io apps). Diagramming apps function inside a Confluence macro. You can link between tabs of the same…

@Charlie Misonne Agreed, we wil update the blog post (and also the post https://drawio-app.com/blog/create-mermaid-diagrams-in-draw-io/) in the near future. Thanks for pointing that out :)
-
@Charlie Misonne, Not sure if I misunderstood your message. Re-editing Mermaid code is possible (as I mentioned in my previous message) if you choose Image as the output for your data. If you choose Diagram, Mermaid code will be rendered to the draw.io XML format, which doesn't support re-editing. But the output…

@Aprille Sta_ Maria Thanks for sharing. In this case, may you please open up a bug request via support@draw.io? This way, you are directly in contact with our engineers and we can sort this out asap. Thanks :)
-
Hi @Peter Vucemillo , thanks for your message. As this is a technical issue, the best way to get your problem resolved is to contact our tech support at support@draw.io. I assume that it might be a permission issue, where the parent pages, single child pages, or the space have settings that hinder your colleagues from…
-
Hi @Aprille Sta_ Maria . Thanks for your reply. The Edit Link menu should look like this: May you please contact our technical support via support@draw.io or turn to our helpdesk directly (https://drawio.link/technicalsupport)? My colleagues will help you asap, so you won't experience that behavior any longer. Best, Bastian

Hey there! Please try using the method explained at https://drawio-app.com/blog/linking-content-in-draw-io-diagrams/. When you right-click (or secondary click) on the shape, you can select Edit Link to insert any URL, Confluence page, diagram tab or page header. You can also have a look…
-
Hi @Naveen Sidda , thanks for your inquiry. As @Arkadiusz Wroblewski mentioned, it's an Atlassian policy that app subscriptions must always match the user tier of the base product (Confluence/Jira). We know that there is no app that everybody in your company uses, but I can asure you that every app vendor is aware of it…
-
Hey @Kristine Barnes , thanks for your reply. Please share the ticket I linked above and encourage affected people to upvote it, so our chances to get a fix on it improve.
-
Hey @Uma Ramamoorthi Thanks for bringing up that question. In draw.io, you have two options when creating a diagram using Mermaid code. By default, Mermaid code gets rendered as a Diagram (see screenshot attached) that you can enhance, change styles manually etc. For this option, you can't go back to the code. But if you…

Hey @Jeroen Stobbe . Please have a look at https://drawio.link/placeholders and https://www.drawio.com/blog/placeholders. Here, you will get guidance on how to utilize draw.io placeholders. If you have already followed the instructions, please contact technical support at support@draw.io so our engineers can review it.…

Following up on the answer of @MJ Valencia -drawio diagrams- … you already received a few tips on tools you may use for creating your org chart. If you go along with draw.io, please have a look at Create org charts with draw.io One advantage you may have (in case this is what you are aiming for) with more sophisticated…

Dear @Jonathan Hoang . As @Tinker Fadoua already suggested, please raise a support ticket via support@draw.io. Our engineers will get in contact with you asap. Best, Bastian

When it comes to importing diagrams, we support Visio (vsdx files) and Gliffy files. You can also import draw.io xml files from other draw.io integrations, but no universal xml format. So if you find a way to convert your diagrams either to Visio or Gliffy, we will be able to migrate it do an editable draw.io file.
-
Hi @Akriti Malla . Unfortunately, we don't support Camunda imports. I briefly checked, if Camunda files can be imported into Visio (the reason MJ mentioned Visio before is that we can import vsdx files, so we could have gone down that route), but it seems like Visio unfortunately doesn't have an importer for Camunda :(
-
Thanks @Cyrille Martin for the quick response. But I also like to thank you @Ken Gunadi for pointing that out. Actually, we moved the feature from the Advanced section to the Insert menu, but it seems we didn't update all of our content sources. We will take care of that asap :)

Hi @lunalcni , we do provide the service to embed diagrams that have been created in the draw.io standalone tool. As you describe in your inquiry that your Confluence environment is airgapped, I guess you like to avoid external links entirely over time, so I like to also add that you can easily export draw.io diagrams from…
-
Hi @Ganthe_ Yash, I understand. We sent you the wrong link by mistake. MJ sent you the blog post for the standalone web service. Creating custom libraries within Atlassian is different, though, as draw.io is fully integrated into Confluence. Please have a look at the blog post at…
-
Hi @Ganthe_ Yash . When MJ stated "all users", she meant "all users inside your organisation". Your custom library is stored inside Confluence Cloud only, just like all of your diagrams and whiteboards :)
-
Hi Daniela. Yes, draw.io can be part of Confluence templates. One year ago, we published a blog post on this topic; see https://drawio-app.com/blog/add-draw-io-diagrams-into-confluence-page-templates/ for details. If you are still having issues, please get in touch with our tech support team (support@draw.io). Best, Bastian
-
Hey @takigawa.akihiro . Unfortunately, there is no update or workaround to the statement that Martin posted a couple of years ago.
-
Hi Taylor. Sorry, misunderstood your initial question. If you want to modify the way draw.io diagrams are shown inside the Confluence Expand macro (or whatever macro you prefer), we as an app vendor have no influence on how our diagrams are displayed. You have to issue a feature request with Atlassian if you like to change…
-
Hi Taylor, thanks for your request. The container shape will always be displayed how you left the diagram editor when you last saved it. So when you work on your diagram and before you save collapse all container shapes, they will always be displayed collapsed when users access the diagram in view mode. Sincerely, Bastian
-
Hi Ankit. Unfortunately, I can't provide a solution, as it's not one of our features. But our colleagues at Gliffy will probably help you out soon :)
-
Hey Ankit. Which tool are you talking about? Confluence whiteboards or a diagramming app?
-
Hi Lena. Please contact our tech support via support@draw.io. We have experiences hiccups in the past that were caused by Confluence itself, but we will make sure to figure out what caused the problem. Sincerely, Bastian

Another option is to embed the macro on a Confluence page and choose draw.io Diagram as a macro. After embedding it, the template manager will pop up (see screenshot). Here you can either have a look at the diagrams you created/modified recently (if you did adjustments to the drawing you like to copy), or you use…
-
Hey there. Your draw.io diagram is saved and stored within Confluence, so people need a Confluence or Jira user to see the diagrams you created. Once you are on a paid plan, you can use the Confluence Guests feature to invite externals to a specific space inside Confluence to collaborate with you, but you can't make the…

Hi Edward. Just checked with our tech support. We introduced this message for all users that don't have a valid/matching user tier. Unfortunately, this message also pops-up during the trial period of the free (10 users and below) Cloud user tier. We will have a look at it and do our best to exclude the free user tier from…

I never used the available PlantUML apps, but if there is no PlantUML alternative in Cloud, you probably have to export the diagrams as an image file and then attach that one to the page.
