Just like "Add a Comment...." found in tickets this is not an editable field in Jira Cloud.
-
In Jira Cloud on the right side of the page each ticket has an ellipsis you can click on....in that context menu is the "Edit" function would allow you to add the sprint there. I cannot think of any other way to do this with your current setup outlined above.

That is all it gives? Import errors are usually much longer and contain some additional information used to troubleshoot the issue. It could be a myriad of different issues causing the importer to fail and without more info I dont think i could answer this. Here are a few others with similar messages...perhaps it might…

1. Make sure you have both Browse Projects and Work on Issues permissions for the project the issue resides in. 2. IF configured, make sure you got the right security level for Issue-Level security When working with the API this page is my go to for troublehsooting these issues…

I was a little luckier...moving from Server to Cloud so I had full DB access and was able to pull everything into a CSV file. We then used that CSV to import the data, which did require some cleanup but was able to give us the records we were looking for. You might be able to get a backup of the projects time was logged in…

You can place a Post Function in the workflow transition that will pr grammatically add the assignee s outlined above. https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/advanced-workflow-configuration-776636620.html

Project Settings > Issue Security Set Levels https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/configuring-issue-level-security-776636711.html Could you elaborate more on what you mean by "user can only see tasks related to one Epic Link"

Ah the embedded issue collector Unfortunately I have not worked with this tool
-
Versions and Components are part of Projects and are a built in function. There are some alternative projects that do not use this feature though. https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-enable-and-edit-component-s-affects-version-s-and-fix-version-s-field-711361820.html

Is the widget custom / third party Addon?
-
This is a specific function of Service Desk that is not part of Software projects. You could do a report for "Time in Status" that would be similar but without a 3rd party addon you wont be able to show an SLA in Non service desk projects
-
Executive team requires the Project Managers to justify all work done as they have Consultants on their teams. I havent seen this App yet and will check it out to see if it would fit our needs. Thanks
-
Nothing concrete yet. We have a tool called Smartsheets which is like Excel that allows the PMs to atleast pulls numbers for their reports to the Exec teams. My company may look into assigning a Dev resource to building an in house tool for this. All the alternative budgeting tools want you to have Jira in conjunction with…

Found an Addon that might help you with this.... Abacus for Jira Cloud. It allows you to create Formula based on Jira fields.
-
I havent encountered any method on the Cloud version outside of those mentioned. You might be able to do something in the Rest API im not aware of, but would require a developer resource.
-
The only thing I could think of with this capability would be the workflow, components, or some sort of Automation running in your instance
-
For a bulk job....your best bet would be the REST API or a CSV upload to Jira with the information you want present in those tickets. For a programmatic fix you could lean towards addons like JWME or Automation for Jira. JWME would allow you to add 'Post Functions' these are programmed actions that occur in the workflow.…
-
I haven't run across a way to do quite that, especially that first example. #2 could look something like ... status was in "Start" And status in "In Progress" And duedate <= "Insert Date"
-
There are a few cleanup tools but so far the easiest way to process these things for me is to use the Rest API
-
Additionally, Automation for Jira, can also accomplish this
-
Jira Workflow Extensions can do this via Post Functions in the workflow. JWME on the marketplace i think.
-
In Jira Cloud.... Open the ticket ...go to the top right corner click on the ellipsis. Navigate to Link. Select Confluence Page from the wizard then paste your URL. *Edit* Realized you said NEW ...just double checked in my own instance....same issue unable to link Confluence pages to the ticket.
-
Are you creating the projects from a shared Config? or are they fresh new projects?
-
Check your permissions and make sure nothing stopping you from adding it. As an Admin Ive also run into this but was an issue with my browser and an extension I had installed which caused issues but I havent encountered it outside of that.
-
If you made the Master ticket an Epic and all the tasks Stories you could use Jira's "Group by Epic" in the board to make swimlanes specific to each on boarding. Im actually in the process of building this exact same request out.

Cloud User here. We use an Addon called All-In-One Reports to achieve this. Once added to Jira the report can be accessed in Confluence using "External" Macros. Side note, as a cloud instance we had to reach out to Atlassian to make the Jira external macros available to Confluence.

Tempo will let you pull reports for all issues under a team....the tricky part are the issues that "were" with the team. You could use the: Assignee was in "Display Name" JQL to pull tickets from the history but may be a little messier if you have folks swapping teams.
-
Not too familiar with Connectwise.... Check to see what forms of input Connect will accept... I.E: SMTP - have Jira email the ticket to connectwise RestAPI - use a webhook to generate a ticket etc. Also found some related articles after some searches...…

Normally that is due to an issue with the vendor. IF you raise a support ticket with Portfolio they should get back to you relatively quickly.
