Im assuming Dashboards = Kanban or Scrum styled boards My second assumption is that your referring to the Columns listed in the board? You can re-word these via the Board Settings menus....if you looking to have different status captured by that board you would need to add the Workflow to the projects scheme before being…

I doubt Tempo will ever do anything about this seeing how their Support is pretty much nonexistent. We have been waiting for a few years now just on Updates much less enhancements. My company is currently looking for replacement to this software....hopefully to one that also handles budgeting
-
We ended up making another Team for the leads called "Direct Reports to CIO" They submit their time via this 2nd team.

Thanks Suren!

We are seeing a similar issue in our Cloud instance, where the system spits out the error above or will mention an SQL Error. This might be an Atlassian issue - we just raised a request with them to check into it as it just started last week.
-
We tried Accelo and a few others. The bosses really like Tempo Budgets on Server but you can no longer import export between Cloud <> Server which is a deal breaker for my company. Our Actuarial group has just resorted to having us provide them CSV exports to another system so they can accurately track expenses / budgets.…

Just to verify the status ' tech' is located in the column 'tech' ? I added an example of an unmapped status What JQL are you using in the quick filter?
-
The board may not be displaying the status in the columns if the status was added after its creation. Try checking the Board Settings > Columns and ensure your status is located there.

Not that I am aware of. In Service Desk Cloud you can link 1 space...and have links or excerpts from other spaces in the KB Space - but this setup isnt very useful if your serving info to externals and want the spaces private.

This looks like the new Jira Issue View being pushed out by Atlassian - I havent tinkered with Tabs in the new view yet but you may have more luck submitting a support ticket them since this is still a Beta/New feature.
-
Hmm it is definitely there in my instance. Based on that search result it looks like you might be a project admin but not a full site-admin. And Nic is correct, I gave you a partial answer and did not include a mention to add them to your customer portal - ours is configured to show all fields and it skipped my mind; my…

You can raise a ticket with Atlassian to expedite the transition

Probably going to need more details around what isnt being seen correctly. Was her account added via anything outside the normal 'invite a user' in User Administration?
-
Based on your screen shot the system shows 0 impacted issues - so yes you should be able to add it with no impact to the data in your existing issues.
-
We use "Automation for Jira" Addon for this exact task - the automation checks new tickets for keywords and adds labels to the ticket and escalates it up the work flow - additionally the latest updates to the addons make it so easy to use that my project leads are able to configure it without the need of an admin.
-
This is now the expected look of Tempo after an update
-
When you are importing the tickets you can include a column for the Issue Type field which will be mapped out to Epic - the default ticket type for the project must be a task. Additionally, you can use the Bulk edit to make them all Epics.

Might need to play with some parentheses looks like its catching that "OR text ~ kwg " statement Try this: project = NEW AND issuetype = Sub-task AND status != Done AND (text ~ ktg OR text ~ kwg) ORDER BY summary ASC, description DESC, due DESC, created DESC

Remove and Re-add yourself with a Joined date - some sorta bug going on it looks like (we just fixed this in our own instance this morning)
-
Remove him and readd him - make sure you add a "Joined Date" it seems some sorta bug is floating around (we just got done fixing it in our instance)
-
Here is a snippet from one of the teams in my instance
-
Based on your screen shot above it looks like the Team has no members, and you are set as the lead
-
I dont think approvers are notified in the default notification scheme- that will be where you want to start.
-
Tempo was a waste of time and resources...we are actively looking for a budget management solution now

The new release involved changes to the permissions. It defaults to the lead of the team only having this permission. You need to go into the team, then into its permissions and add a new column or change yourself to the lead. I had this exact same issues with 3 of my project managers who share teams for development work.

The estimates in our system roll into portfolio. If the estimates are not present they can be added via portfolio
-
You could utilize labels/Components or a custom field for this
-
Server or Cloud?

Im actually in the process of building this Exact request in my own Cloud instance. Must have: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/292/jira-misc-workflow-extensions The addon above allows you to place conditions and post functions which can do exactly what you asking for. For our own form: User opens a specific issue…
