Hello, There is no out of the box solution for this. You can try our app - Advanced Portal Reports. It will show a customizable view of the requests, where the user can see any client field that admin allows, sort columns, export to CSV, etc. Best regards, Boyan

Hi, You should have in mind though, that if you stop the spam from Jira, you might miss important updates about what ia happening there. To avoid this you can use an app from marketplace, that will allow you to see in your dashboard which issues were updated after you have seen them the last time for example. Cheers, Boyan

Hello Stefan, Yeah, the standard Requests page in the portal is quite limited. That is why we made an app that makes a new, much better one, you can check it out - Advanced Portal Reports. The customer there can see many more fields if allowed, sort, export to CSV, etc. Best regards, Boyan

Hello, Atlassian usually will not provide support for managing things like service catalog, or with administrating Jira overall. They would only jump in if there is a bug found in the product itself. The rest of the support is generally done by the Atlassian Solution Partners if you get contract with one. We are Solution…

You do not really need the partner to beon-site, they can help you setup the products remotely. Even a training can be done that way. Partners are usually creative, I would know as I work for one ;)

Hi there, If you are not tech savvy and have no knowledge on the products, your best bet is to turn to an Atlassian Partner nearby to help you get started. You can find one from the Partners directory here: https://partnerdirectory.atlassian.com/?_ga=2.154572656.913200936.1555373625-835871488.1538797110&lang=en-us Good…

If you are on cloud, you can try our app Advanced Portal Reports. Has a server version too. Cheers, Boyan

Hello, Jira Service Desk is limiting the portal customers to only what they can see on the portal. Therefore you cannot show them anything in Confluence. That is why we created an app for Jira Service Desk - Advanced Portal Reports - that allows on the portal the customer to see a much better report than the standard one.…

If you have any problem running the app, please post a ticket here: https://tools4teams.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 Cheers, Boyan

Hi, I see. As there is no field that contains this data, it is not possible with our app at the moment. But it is an interesting feature enhancement, that we might add. At the moment the closest thing is the "Updated" field that can be shown, but it will of course show not only comment updates. Cheers, Boyan

Hello, We recently launched an app for Cloud called Advanced Portal Reports, which will let you show to the customer all kinds of fields and also sort columns, export to CSV, etc. Hope that helps. Cheers, Boyan
-
You can try the service desk widget, which will embed the portal in your website and allow customers to raise ticket without logging in.
-
Hi, There are apps that can do that, one that we created - Advanced Portal Reports - can show a report with any issue field on the portal, also the Customer can sort, export to CSV, etc. Regards, Boyan

Hello, the standard functionality does not allow this, you will need an add-on, like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports, there you can allow the customer to see any issue field, sort by each column, export to CSV, etc.
-
There is no such functionality, you can see the Atlassian feature request for this and vote here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-3932 There are several add-ons that can do that too, you can pick the one that suits you. Cheers, Boyan

Hi, This app made by us can give you some of the requested functionalities: Advanced Portal Reports Cheers, Boyan
-
You can also check on the Marketplace, we have created an add-on for that - Advanced Portal Reports.
-
Hello, By "customer board" do you mean the Requests page on the portal? If so, then you cannot customize it to show Priority or sort issues. To do that you will need an add-on like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports for Jira Service Desk. Cheers, Boyan
-
I assume you have Jira Service Desk Server. If you have a Jira Service Desk instance with 3 agents (and no other Jira products on the same server, like Jira Software or Jira Core with more users), then add-ons licenses will have to be the 10 users versions (as Marketplace does not allow less than 10 users tiers). Your…

Hello, No such thing in Jira Service Desk. If you want that on agents side, you will need some reporting add-on, EazyBI comes into mind. If you want to allow customers to see things like that on the portal, you can check add-ons like Advanced Portal Reports or Customer Requests Workload Report created by us. Good luck!

Hi Tania, As Atlassian Partners and regular users of JSD we will be more than happy to help. Cheers, Boyan

Hello, You can try with the Automation rules, where you can change status or add comment when a linked issue changes status. You will have to link all similiar issues to one, which will be the main issue being worked on, all others will get updated when the main one is updated. Hope this helps.
-
There are add-ons like the one we released - Advanced Portal Reports, which will allow you to show any issue field to the portal customers, also sort the results, export to CSV, filter by dates, etc. Feel free to check it out.
-
You can use add-ons, like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports.
-
Our add-on Advanced Portal Reports for Service Desk would help customers see all tickets, sort, etc. That might also help.
-
You can also try with Automation rule, where for the Issue Created event you can filter the issues by 'Summary ~ "Updated failed"' and Transition the issue to Closed as action.
-
There are also add-ons, like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports - that can give more visibility on requests for the portal customers. Feel free to try it :).
-
Hi @Matúš Klaudíny You can extend the Requests page using an add-on, like the one we created - Advanced Portal Reports. There you can search by Free text search, which will find results not only in Summary field, but in all Text fields in an issue. You can also give the customers possibility to see more fields for each…

If you are going to use Jira Service Desk on the Atlassian Cloud, then Atlassian Access is the way to do it. Not sure if there are any other third-party viable solutions to connect local AD with Atlassian Cloud instance.
