Hello, As Atlassian do not offer this in their Requests page, we have created an add-on for that - Advanced Portal Reports. There you get a new reports page, where you can give the customers possibility to see all kinds of fields for the issues, sort columns, export to CSV, etc. Hope that helps.

It is not a very straightforward process, so many of the Atlassian Solution Partners are offering such services. There are also add-ons that help through the process, but overall it's a burden.
-
Sure, my bad for failing to mention it explicitly.

If Organizations don't work, you can try with add-on - Advanced Portal Reports. It can show all tickets in a service desk projects to all users if this option is enabled.

Hi, Point 1 is now possible with add-on - Advanced Portal Reports. You can select which additional fields to show to customers per Jira Service desk project and the customers can select which of the allowed fields they want to see, also they can sort and export to Excel.

Hi @AKSHAY THAKARE, What you ask is possible using Advanced Portal Reports add-on. There you can allow portal customers to see all requests created in the portal and also to add fields like Assignee to the report.

Hi @Pat Rue, This is possible using add-on Adanced Portal Reports. It will show you a report with customizable columns on the Portal, so your customers can see "created", "updated" and many more fields for requests.

There are add-ons to do that now, like Advanced Portal Reports: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1219230

It is really weird the way you can do it. On our instance I had to go to Jira Settings (I wonder what happens if you do not use Jira in Cloud), then go to Applications and there is the Application Access page, where you can add groups to the Global Permissions page of Confluence as well. Quite odd if you ask me.

Unfortunately the Portal API is very hard to work with for now, so this was only possible to do for Server for now. We have plans to do a Cloud version too, but that is still yet to come.

Hi, As part of Atlassian Codegeist 2017 we have launched a free add-on that covers this topic to some extent. Please check it out and give us feedback, as we are working on a more sophisticated reporting add-on for Customer portal, that should fill the gap that Atlassian left here.…

Well, I feared it was something like that. So back to the drawing board, I will explore more options and if we eventually do it, will post here how.

@Nic Brough, you say you did a couple of such imports. Is it possible to transfer attachments, issue relation links, comments history, and if yes - how did you do it?
