Hi @Tai Lam Phat, They don't have to match each other, it's ok if they are different, so there is nothing to "solve" as this is not even an issue. Example: Today is Jan 29, you got 3 tasks need to be finished by Feb 28 (this is your due date for each task of your 3 tasks) Task #1 you mark with effort of 3 days. Task #2 you…

Hi, You can do as a post-function. Read this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/advanced-workflow-configuration-776636620.html I'm not sure if you have a post-function to update custom field (built in from Jira), if you don't you will need a 3rd party add-on like: * Jira Suite Utilities * Automation for Jira…

Hi, Due Date is used to determine the last date a task should be complete. Original Estimate (Time Tracking) used to determine how much time it will take to finish the task. So for example: You have a feature, your managers says this should be done by the end of Q1 (31 Mar), this is your due date. You are looking at the…

Hi, Try this in your scriptedfied: def subTaskSum = 0 issue.getSubTaskObjects()?.each { subtask -> subtask.getResolutionObject()!=null?subTaskSum += 1:subTaskSum } I didn't try it, but it should work. Let me know if it did or not.

Hi, In Jira Cloud, everything you do with Scriptrunner is by JIRA REST API. So simply follow the REST API: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/?utm_source=%2Fcloud%2Fjira%2Fplatform%2Frest&utm_medium=302 And create a listener in Scriptrunner to perform a REST API call to update your field acording…

Hi, You are right, needed to add something more "setTimeout" Your code should look like this: JIRA.bind(JIRA.Events.NEW_PAGE_ADDED, function () { setTimeout(function() { $("#myLink").click(function () { showHelp(); }, 0); }); Also, for the safe side, put your html tags first and your script in the end (currently it's the…

I was looking days till i figured it out. That's why i felt like i have to post this article . Glad it helped you :)
-
you can click F12 in your browser and look at the "Network" tab for all the XHR calls Jira doing. You will find there the call Jira use to fetch the "development information" data. So you just need to do the same call Jira does.

Hi @VIPUL AGARWAL Scriptrunner is just another place to run it from, the code will be the same. But note you should use: /rest/dev-status/1.0/issue/summary?issueId={issueId} And not: /rest/dev-status/1.0/issue/detail?issueId={issueId} As you just wrote in your last comment. If you want to use "detail" instead if "summary",…
-
Hi, Where are you running the script from?
-
try issue id instead issue key. i'm not familiar with the jira2, first time i see it. Any way, it's just a url, it's not suppose to be related, Jira instance should work the same no matter the url.
-
What do you mean Jira2? You can try JIRA Issue Key, maybe it will work too, i don't remember
-
Hi @VIPUL AGARWAL Jira uses the following REST call to get the data you see in the development panel: /rest/dev-status/1.0/issue/summary?issueId={issueId}
-
Hi @[deleted], Are you still having trouble with hit issue, or did you managed to solve this?
-
Hi, You will have to run another call to: /rest/api/2/field Search in the response of that call for your field and get it's name.
-
Hi, Add id attribute to your <a> tag,for example "myLink". Try to add this to your script: JIRA.bind(JIRA.Events.NEW_PAGE_ADDED, function () { $("#myLink").click(function () { showHelp(); }); });
-
Hi @Lily Ji, Jira works in a way that if a field is not set with a value (yet) you will not see it in the Issue View, only once the field have value you will see it there in the Dates Section. You must go to EDIT first and add a value. Unless, you are using Jira Cloud, with the new Jira view, there they changed the concept…

Why are you trying to do it with JS if you have Scriptrunner? Go to "add-on" page and in the left panel you have "behaviours". There you can determine a field with 3 options: Required (Optional) Writable (Readonly) Shown (Hide) So choose the "Writable (Readonly)" for your field.
-
Hi, Yes you can, use: POST /rest/api/3/issue/{issueIdOrKey}/transitions in your body you need to send: "transition": { "id": "5" } Read this: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/?utm_source=%2Fcloud%2Fjira%2Fplatform%2Frest&utm_medium=302#api-api-3-issue-issueIdOrKey-transitions-post

Hi, You will have to know programming and create your own plugin to do so. Or maybe you will be able to do it with ScriptRunner, but still you will have to know how to code
-
Sorry @Ian Balas, I never created customfield for Jira Cloud (only for server), i just tried to help you by pointing to the right guide of creating customfield in Jira Cloud .
-
Answer for both of your questions: 1. to search for specific link type: def subOutwardElements = outwardIssueLinks.findAll { it.issueLinkType.name.contains("Is a copy of")} 2. In #1 you have the "subOutwardElements"
-
Each project have multiple issue types (Epic, Story, Task, Bug, etc...) You can set different wrokflow for aech type if that is what you want. But you can't set 2 different workflow for the same issue type based on some data in the issue.
-
Once you got the linkedIssue, you access it's customfield same way as you would access any regular issue (it's anissue object), so: def customFieldManager = ComponentAccessor.getCustomFieldManager() def myCustomField = customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject("customfield_14949") def linkedIssueCustomFieldValue =…
-
How to get linked issues: def issueManager = ComponentAccessor.getIssueManager() def issueLinkManager = ComponentAccessor.getIssueLinkManager() def outwardIssueLinks = issueLinkManager.getOutwardLinks(issue.getId()) if (subOutwardElements.size() > 0) { for (def i = 0; i < subOutwardElements.size(); i++ ) { def linkedIssue…

Hi, Follow this: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/modules/issue-field/ Issue field module allows the add-on to add a new field in Jira that will be visible in the issue view. It can be added to any screen just like any other field.
-
Filebody is how you need to pass your file to the request so, for example, you have file: "C:\users\Itagi\desktop\file.txt" so the code will be: File file = new File ("C:\users\Itagi\desktop\file.txt"); FileBody fileBody = new FileBody(file, "application/octet-stream"); entity.addPart("file", fileBody); And IssueKey is the…

Yeah, forgot to mentioned it, there is no built in solution in Jira, you can achieve this only with add-ons, Scriptrunner is one of them
-
Hi, This: !(commentedOn >= startOfDay(-20)) Will give you all issues that have comments, but not in the last 20 days. If also want issues without comments at all add commentedOn is EMPTY So your funal JQL is: !(commentedOn >= startOfDay(-20)) OR commentedOn is EMPTY

Hi, Here is a REST API using JAVA that works for me: HttpClient httpclient = new DefaultHttpClient(); HttpPost httppost = new HttpPost("https:<your_jira_url>/rest/api/latest/issue/"+issueKey+"/attachments"); httppost.setHeader("X-Atlassian-Token", "no-check"); httppost.setHeader("Authorization", "Basic " + credentials);…
