You probably have add-on installed that tries to do something and failed. You need to investigate there
-
I did... Install 3rd party add-on, for example "JMWE" it have post-function called "Increase value of field". Create customfield called "Todo Counter" Then in your workflow, go to the transistion that goes to "Todo", add post-function called "Increase value of field" there choose your customfield "Todo Counter"
-
You will have to use a 3rd party add-on to use as post-function in your workflow. In the relevant status add post-function to update a customfield with increment value each time the transition happen.
-
That is strange, it thinks you are passing "None" as value, but you are not. Never seen this error. I will try to ask another community champions to help here.
-
So you will have only 1 line of headers and 1 line of input
-
OK, Try this instead: Summary Certifications Certifications Certifications 1 a1 a2 b1
-
I need also the screen before "Map Values" when you map the fields of the excel to the fields in Jira
-
i think you are doing something wrong in the import wizard.. Can you upload short video of your steps? mapping fields and values
-
Can you please send here screen shot of your CSV file?
-
Hi, You can create all 80 values without add-on by using the import issues by CSV. generate your self new CSV file with 3 columns: * issuetype * summary * your-customfield Create 80 raws in your excel, for exmaple: Task summary 1 value 1 (your actual value) Task summary 2 value 2 (your actual value) Task summary 3 value 3…

Hi, I don't see what is the problem here. By definition, each issue can be part of only 1 sprint. You say you have issue x in sprint 1. Issue x is closed/completed, also sprint 1. Now you have issue y (dowsn't matter if it related to issue x or not), you put it in new sprint 2. Issue y and sprint 2 are both open till you…

Hi @JIRA ServiceAccount Did you manage to do what you wanted?
-
Let me know if you managed to make it work for you
-
You had 2 problems int resto = Integer.valueOf(number.toString()) % 23 wasn't set right and was failing even that you didn't get error. And your "if" statement didn't handle cases that not "0" or "1", nothing happens.
-
This will work for you :) def nif = getFieldByName("NIF") nif.setHidden(true) def dni = getFieldByName("DNI") def number = dni.getValue() int resto = Integer.valueOf(number.toString()) % 23 if (resto == 0) { nif.setHidden(false) def x = (number.toString() + "T").toString() nif.setFormValue(x) } else if (resto == 1){…
-
can you write me now your complete code? (after all your changes)
-
Great! please mark this answer as solution so it will be closed :)
-
Hi, Just an idea, maybe "DNI" value returns as a string and than math operations will fail and that is why you get error. try just to return the DNI value (even in console), if it's a string, than you must parse it to int (number) before doing any math operations. You may also want to use "string" or "int" instead of "def"…

Did you try to remove this line? ComponentManager componentManager = ComponentManager.getInstance() I don't see you using componentManager anywehere in your code. Even if you did, don't use ComponentManager, it's an old library replaced by ComponentAccessor which i see you do use. Please try and let me know.

FixVersions act and stored differently than drop down field, it's a collection. You have a code solution here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Marketplace-Apps-questions/JIRA-Script-Runner-Append-version-to-Fix-Version-s/qaq-p/593416
-
Hi, You can't do it with API. It can be done only from Jira UI as admin.
-
Hi, Generally, i pretty sure you can ignore the error, it's not suppose to affect you in any way. But in any case, ready this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-throws-java-io-filenotfoundexception-warnings-after-upgrade-869007981.html

Hi, If you "atlas-run" from your plugin root dir, than you can't avoid of removing the entire Jira data while "clean". What you can do (only if you really don't want the Jira data gone every time), create a Jira standalone instance in another dir by running "atlas-run-standalone --product jira" It will create a Jira…
-
Hi, Can you also show the code you tried for "fix version"?
-
@Jacktest too
-
Hi, The attachments URL are not available publicly, so i have left only with the REST API. However, it's the first time i did't understand how to use REST API, couldn't feagure out how to make it work with attachments. I remind you i'm on Jira Cloud and not server. :)

Hi, If you have "Automation for Jira" (they also have free version "lite") You can use jql condition, and than you say: if "To Date" >= startOfDay() transition issue to status "Approval - Expired" Install the free version and try it out.
-
Hi, You can't do that without plugin or coding. This feature not exist out of the box in Jira. You can use "Automation for Jira" (there is also "lite" version whic is free) and it's easy to use.
-
Hi @Shaun S, 1. what if i don't have url for the files? is there another option? 2. look like it works only for Jira Sever, any other solution for Jira Cloud?
-
Hi @George Chuene, Please replay under this answer instead of creating new answer :) Do you mean you are using: https://<your_company_name>.atlassian.net/rest/api/latest/search?jql= ? If yes, and you really must use the jql for something, than you must run on your result also…
