@Mark Smith Interestingly, Atlassian tracks this exact error under BCLOUD-23446 (Long Term Backlog). It can occur when runner registration fails due to network issues. Try another network, verify java -version (runner 6.x requires OpenJDK 25), and use the original startup command with the UUID braces intact.
