Hi @Arkadiusz Wroblewski @Bertrand expectation also Same he wanted to filter issues from active sprints by order sprints. I usually use JQL I mentioned same.
-
Hi @Bertrand Add this - (Sprint in openSprints() ORDER BY Rank) to your current JQL.
-
@deseymour Please make sure you created a field with drop-down (single select or multi-select) field type.
-
Hi @Laura Campbell_Seibert Thanks for sharing this. Good to know! What I can suggest, if they are not ready to proceed with the above app, is the following: Steps: 1. Create two cascading fields: Field 1 (Level 1) Field 1 (Level 2) 2. For Field 1 (Level 1), add parent and child dropdowns. Example: Parent values: Field A…

will the approval be done by a Jira user or Non Jira user?
-
@sravani vennapusa Are there any specific criteria for approval?
-
Hi @Mykhailo Please make sure you have Board Administrators access and permission to edit the board’s filter. Also try using incognito mode or clearing your browser cache.
-
Hi @Rebecca Yang Looks like this issue is related to SSO or user access. Try logging in via an incognito window or clearing cache. If it persists, ask your Jira admin to verify your Jira product access.
-
@helloween35 You can reactivate your Jira site by visiting https://admin.atlassian.com/billing. If you don’t see the reactivate option, you can raise a support ticket with Atlassian.
-
Hi @sravani vennapusa You can use a cascading select field, but it supports only two levels. For more than two levels, consider creating multiple cascading fields to achieve the structure.
-
@shangshang_wang is that your issue sorted ?
-
Hi @Keith Tasker I would suggest you to create a new column Backlogs And Move the backlog status to that column. And try automation that when sprint assigned move ticket to select for development state.
-
@Abhisek Mohan If you would like to attach any document or screenshots please use attach option. If you paste Any URL or doc links into text fields, you may encounter these issues.
-
@Asha Goyal I agree but If SSO not enabled for his account. He must provide password to login.
-
@Sanpei_Kaoru What do you mean by Jira T3? Is that project name ? Do you want to manage access permission for a users in the project ?
-
@Marc -Devoteam- Yes correct, I agree with your point. When more than 10 users are added then, we need to change our plan to standard and pay for it.
-
@ftesone-lp if you able to see the tickets created and no longer exist when you click on them. It looks like your project deleted or archived.
-
@Gregg Gannon can you please elaborate your issue?
-
If you would like to delete your Atlassian account then, you can check the below option available to delete your account. Go to your atlassian account settings, look for account preference tab.
-
@Gregg Gannon You mean deleting your Atlassian account ?
-
@Andrew Karam I would suggest you to raise an Atlassian support ticket.

Hi @Jonnie Bloor Yes, it’s possible—but only if the Epic is included in the board’s filter (JQL). The Epic panel doesn’t depend on where the Epic is tracked; it simply shows the Epics returned by the board’s filter. So if your Epics are on another board, you’ll need to update the JQL (for example, include multiple…

Hello @Tijoriwalla_ Prashant , In Jira, you can check who made changes to a story and when by looking at the Activity section. Just open the story, scroll down, and switch to the “History” tab. There you’ll see a timeline of all updates. including who made the change, what was changed, and the exact date/time. If you don’t…
-
@Trudy P Claspill I agree with your explaination. @Deven We will be able to see work item key only not issue key in global import.
-
@keerthi_guntupalli Happy to help! If this solved your issue, please mark it as the accepted answer.
-
@fabioabba you could use epic link to map child tasks to parent epic. But this works when epic is level 1 and task level 0.

1. We are keeping components only so space admins can manage list dynamically. 2. Duplicates mainly a concern in business and software projects 3. Sometimes users skip mandatory fields in a specific state, so we’re considering targeted Transitions with Conditions to enforce the correct workflow.
-
Thanks for asking! The automation rule keeps the first component added as the ‘right’ one and removes any additional components added later. Currently, users aren’t notified automatically, but we can consider adding a notification if needed.

Hi,I faced a similar issue where “Ask Rovo” was not responding. In my case, it was due to permissions and feature enablement. Here are a few things that helped:• Ensure Atlassian Rovo is enabled at the admin level• Check if your account has access to AI features (this is often restricted)• Try using it in a supported view…

@John Funk My intention is for the work item form to have only one component value. For example, if I selected Backend yesterday and someone adds other components today, the rule should retain only the previously assigned component. To change the component, I must remove the existing value first and then add the new one.
