Used some differently unique names but it’s not working .
-
Completely it’s blank, no data showing. Same for others.
-
Simple JQL I used eg. project Name=ABC And Work Type = Req and added required columns related to that work item. But one of the field data was not showing, As it’s blank. I have added a correct column that used in issue layout.
-
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- it’s created in Team managed project.
-
Yes, but only if those workflow schemes no longer need the workflow. Update the workflow scheme to use a different workflow first, then remove the association. Make sure it won’t impact any active projects.
-
Hi, I would ask you to check whether any automation clearing fix version when you add a fix version value to the ticket.
-
what @Trudy P Claspill mentioned it’s absolutely correct. Same level work items we can’t use parent - child. What I can additionally suggest you that you can create custom link types (is parent of) and (is child of) Those you can use in your automation to link Task to story.
-
@siddhesh B Lad Is the field context for these fields set to Global, or limited to specific projects?
-
@siddhesh B Lad All you mentioned fields are single select fields ? Also, Please check for any extra spaces in Jira or Excel values.
-
It is not possible to restore a deleted work item using native Jira features.
-
@Raham Abbasi Are you seeing any error when you try to login Jira?
-
No, you can’t change Jira issue IDs they are auto-generated in Jira. If you would like to assign custom number. Use a custom text field to store/match the Epic ID instead.
-
@Pratyush Jaiswal Looks like you don’t have Browse Space permission for the space you’re trying to access in Jira. Please check with your Jira admin / Space admin to confirm it’s been granted to you.
-
@596981 Have you tried accessing Jira in incognito mode?
-
Hi @Sanjay A1 is the project key and the number you see after hyphen that is unique I’d Auto generated by Jira when you create a Work item eg. epic, story etc. the project key stays the same, but the issue number auto-increments for every new issue.

Hey, You can reactivate your Jira site by visiting https://admin.atlassian.com/billing. If you don’t see the reactivate option, you can raise a support ticket with Atlassian.
-
@GlenellRosburg Make sure you have Make Bulk Changes permission enabled under Global Permissions. If you don’t have access, please check with your Jira Admin and request them to grant it
-
@Andrés Fernández Can you please share a screenshot of the error? Based on that, we can suggest a solution.
-
@Deven Jira doesn’t allow changing issue keys number after creation. It is a unique identifier automatically generated by Jira when a ticket is created.
-
@Janine Park It’s my regular exercise not sure why it doesn’t not work for you. I think you clicked check box while mapping csv description field to Jira description field.
-
Hi. Are you using the correct email id that is added to Jira?
-
Hi @Deven @Are you trying to import via Jira filters project level or Global external system import ?
-
Hi @sagireddy_reddy are the 300 issues child’s of epic? If yes you can choose parent or epic link column to map parent to 300 issues.
-
Then add a condition in transition that only user in the custom field can move ticket to next state. Only that user can move to next state by use of this condition.
-
Hi @Sonia Hey go to plan settings and under that you find work in your plan option. Once you click that you will see removed work items, click that and below Add the number of days to view all work items from that period. eg: Remove work marked done more than (30 days).
-
@flourish_x_yang You must have global Jira admin. Project admin won’t work for import.
-
Hi @flourish_x_yang What level of access do you have in your instance? If you have Jira Admin access, you can import the rules under global automation in Jira.
-
@Janine Park Use Alt + Enter to insert a line break in Excel at the end of each paragraph. To upload as-is, map the Description field to Jira and do not select the checkbox.
-
Hi @WeCodeChaos Try creating the site in Incognito mode or a different browser, and use a different site name. Often, retrying after this works. If it still doesn’t work, it’s best to contact Atlassian support.
