In Atlassian Marketplace, there is an app "Links Explorer Traceability & Hierarchy" which I find very useful. This app helps creating an end to end Traceability Report and also provides a unified tree view to display the complete hierarchy of linked JIRA issues. I have recently started using Trello for some personal use…

Hi @Rene Asanga Please note that by default Jira runs on port 8080. If you have not configured to run Jira explicitly on port 8090, you need to use the port 8080 in your url.

Hi @Nivedita Tripathi It actually depends on what would you like to do with the test cases after you have imported them in Jira. You can easily create an issue type "Test Cases" in your Jira instance and then import test cases into Jira. However, in absence of any test management add-on, these test cases will have a normal…

Hi @PBRANCO Are you using Confluence Cloud or server?

Hi @Aron Gombas _Midori_ Thanks for the suggestion. I am aware of the addon suggested by you. However, we need to create Word documents and this is a standard practice with many of our clients which cant be changed. So a PDF file wont work in our case.

@dipakpparmar This app works only with Jira Cloud.

@Alex Hunter #1 : This is not possible. As soon as you move an issue to "done" column, its status will be set to "done" #2: details for migrating between next-gen and classic projects are available in the following link:…

I have just started using the template "Book Clubs" and found it to be really useful. Me and few friends of mine have created a small book club and we have started entering the books that we will be reading in next year (from January 2020). Using the Voting Power-up to decide which book the club will read next is a really…

Hi @Alex Hunter Next gen projects doesn't support "Resolution" at present when you mark an issue as done. Next gen projects have simple fixed workflow which can't be edited. You should use Classic projects in your scenario.

You can not restore a sprint. You need to recreate the new Sprint and pull the existing Jira stories/ issues that were part of that Sprint back into this new Sprint. This should not be an issue if you are aware of all the issues which were assigned to your deleted sprint.

@Pavel JunekHappy to e-meet you :-)

I have found that their latest version "Version 1.4.55_85" is compatible with Jira 8.5. Sometimes Jira UPM takes time to get the update. If you are still facing this issue, can you share a screenshot?
-
Hi @Angela Houtz Are you using a classic project or a next-gen project? Also can you share a screenshot of the "Reports" page?

Hi @Larissa Kogan When you buy Jira Software, you get access to Software Projects AND Business Projects (Jira Core projects). So if you are licensed for Jira Software you can also start and use business projects and experience Jira Core. While creating a project in Jira, you would be getting a screen like below: You can…

Hi @Ajay Singh In next gen projects, default filters are included such as Assignee, Label, and Epic; but additional JQL filters can't be created. Some more details are available here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/working-with-next-gen-software-projects-945104895.html

Hi @Hannes Which app are you referring to?
-
@Alpesh Mandaliya : Archive option is not likely to be available in server version in near future. Reason: if you have such a huge Jira instance that you need issue archiving features, then Atlassian would like you to switch to data center version. For cloud too it doesn't seem to be coming soon.
-
Hi @Alpesh Mandaliya , Issue archiving is available in Jira Software Data Center 8.4 and Jira Service Desk 4.4. If you are using a different type of Jira (server/ cloud) then the feature wont be available.
