No, there is no such API available @Fida Zubair

Hi @Melik Akoğuz What type of field is "Urgency" in your scenario?
-
Hi @L M To elaborate @Heather Ronnebeck 's answer, please note that the calendar view is available only in Jira Work Management/ business projects (previously Jira Core) and not for Jira Software. So you will have to create a "Business" project to have a calendar view. At present, you have created a software project which…

@Ashwin Singh If you are running parallel sprints, then in order to complete a sprint, * You need to select which sprint to close on the Active Sprints board. * Normally "All sprints" option is selected by default in that dropdown and in that case, the complete sprint option will be disabled. * * Once you select the sprint…

Hi @Bruno Carneiro This may be occurring due to Jira Service Management (or another tool for which you may have fewer users in your license). If you add a user as a site admin, you give them admin permissions to all your Atlassian tools, and they will be counted towards your license count in those tools too, that is why…

Hi @Aakash Goyal To clarify, do you want to create 200 blank pages within a space in Confluence and later import data in those pages?
-
Hi @Kristylym In addition to what @Alex Koxaras -Relational- has specified, here is the link where you can find more information regarding how to delete a page: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/delete-restore-or-purge-a-page/ Specifically, look for the details regarding permissions.

Hi @Alexandre Sraga Please try using the below format for the dates:
-
This is interesting and exciting :-)
-
@Jacob Wisner Thanks for sharing this update here. This really made my day!! :-)

@Douglas Oliveira Please check if the field context is not properly setup. Due to some reason, automation is not able to find this field. So it's either the field is not present on the screen/ context is not set properly/ etc If its properly set-up, then share the complete automation rule you have configured.
-
Hi @Douglas Oliveira Can you confirm if the field "Start date" has been added to the Create screen for sub task in the project where you are trying to run the automation?
-
Hi @Ronaldo Rosales , Cascading select fields will not be displayed in the list of fields. In order to set values for such fields, you need to use the "More Options" and then enter JSON code like: "fields": { "<field name>" : { "value": "<value1>", "child": { "value" : "<child value 1>"} } } } In the above code snippet,…

Hello @EAE Hr Hesse Can you please share a screenshot of the page where you are not able to see the search bar in Confluence? Normally its present in the header/ top bar. I will probably be able to provide you with more inputs once you share the screenshot. You can also try to use Confluence on a different browser to check…

Hi @Paula Varns As @John Funk has mentioned above, you can start with this basic course available for free at Atlassian University: Jira Fundamentals I have embedded the link since John probably forgot to add the link to his comment. Another good resource will be to check the Jira Documentation Once you have gone through…

Hi @Arevik Hakobyan I have created this article with detailed steps and explanations to help you further: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/New-to-Jira-Service-Management/Managing-multiple-requests-created-for-same-Bug-Feature-Request/ba-p/1785969#M22 Let me know if you have more questions.
-
Hi @Arevik Hakobyan , You can use the "Request Participants" field to add additional customers to a request in JSM. And then you can mark similar requests as duplicates. More details are available here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-request-participants/…

Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to the Community team for all the hard work you do :-) I am so happy to be one of the winners!

@Bill SheboyThanks for pointing out the missing link. I have updated the link.
-
Hello @Samir I am assuming that you have used the "People" option available within a project. Please note that when you use this option and then "Add People", you are actually assigning roles to these users in your project within Jira. The default "Teams" field is used in in Advanced Roadmaps. More details are present…

@Elizabeth HowdenYeah, these two things have been of great use to me, since I have to handle a very less number of common queries after the migration and I can concentrate on resolving the major ones (if there are any) :-)
-
Hi @Jatin Malhotra You can create 5 different projects, each project can have its own release cycle/ rollout plan. Within each project, countries can be defined using a custom field/ components (as per your needs). And you should be easily able to get all the needed reports based on filters.

And it begins!!

Hey @Benjamin Peikes You should definitely look at using smart values for automation in this way. This can be used for a lot of other things too.
-
Time zone 2 for me
-
Hi @Vinay Poosa Which kind of database have you configured for using with Jira?
-
Hi @Benjamin Peikes You can use an automation rule like the below to copy the value from "Select List Custom Field" to a label type custom field:
