You should create sub-tasks only if you have tasks which involve long activities. As long as you have defined tasks in such a way that they are small and can be easily tracked without the need to be disintegrated into sub tasks, you do not need to create the sub tasks.

Are you creating multiple projects for different teams or these are just different boards in same project? If these are Different projects, all the users have access to all these three different projects?

Hi @JC At present, it is not possible. You need to manually open the detailed card view.

Simply use the "Copy Board" option. This will allow you to create your own copy of the existing board. Any changes made to your Copy of the Board will remain in your Board and will not make any changes in the original Board.

@Olga Ermishkina although i am not sure about the exact reason, one point which may be valid is the lists are at the top of the boards and cards are the main entity which contains the actual data which is usually searched. Can you please accept the answer if your query has been answered so that this question can be closed…

Hi @Olga Ermishkina The search in Trello works only on cards or boards. The search does not work for names of lists. A workaround is to search for one of the cards in the list which you want to search.
