@Stephen_LugtonHAHAHA OMG! You’re right. I forgot to bring him along! HAHA. We had him with us when we launched the initial project, so I will surely bring him to our next deployments and townhalls!

Hello. You may do this on your workflow, specifically in the transition's post-function. The logic is that the work item will be tagged as "Resolved" when the work item or request is approved. See sample below:

Hello @Varvara K_ This is a project I was experimenting with months ago (I scrapped this because I'm just playing around with it on my free time). I used Google Apps Script for this. Here's how I did it: * Jira fires a webhook, sending the JSON payload to my Apps Script. * The Apps Script Web App receives the data, stores…

Hi @Susan Waldrip I got the Request Type ID, but the dilemma now is that when I import a new work item, I still cannot map the work item to the request type. It is being defaulted to the first request type in my project. Thanks for your comment, by the way!

Thank you @Slava Gefen

Hello @Antonia You may go to your Space Settings, and then navigate to Request Management > Customer Satisfaction. From there, you can disable the "Collect CSAT feedback" option.

Hi @Slava Gefen i know that its already 7 months since your last reply. I am facing this issue now and would like to check on how are you using the request type id in your csv? I am trying to upload the csv in the filter function but I am not seeing the "request type" in the mapping of fields. Thank you!

Hi @Matteo Vecchiato Apparently, Atlassian confirmed that this is a bug on the forms and they are currently looking into it.

Thanks for this, Anthony!

Thanks for this, Dick! So every new project for the team will be inserted in one board, right? And will you just have a hierarchy like this: from Initiative to Epic to Task and down to Subtask? I have a quick follow-up question: How do you handle dependencies with other teams? For example, if you have a task that another…

I checked my badges and am still missing two to get the Community Voyager badge! This is cool because I have more to look forward to when checking the community site.

Thanks, @Staffan Redelius and @Calvin Now I have something to add on our knowledge base of error that we may encounter.

Congrats and Lovely Story, @Loren Siegel
-
Hi @Calvin have you tried to add another action like edit work item fields then add the assignee there? just another layer to check if there will be another that will come from "assignee" field.

Hey @Celia Sanchez I know that this is a super small stuff but I found this error in the course. Thank you!

Hello @MORRIS MACHARIA have you checked the on demand learning provided by atlassian? If not, please check here

This is nice! our Product team is asking for JPD already and we promise them that we will find articles regarding JPD. and now here it is! Thanks @Celia Sanchez

Thank you @Bill Sheboy this is what I am looking for with the new project I am working on!

Same here. It looks like I still can't get rid of my sticky notes, either. When I review our Jira Software (JSW), I look for all the items that are due today and write them on sticky notes. This is how I ensure I actually get them done within the day.

This is cool!

Welcome to the community, @Amadi Ikechukwu !

Thank you! I hope to see other, and more people share something like this in the future, as I believe that it's another form of learning.

A recent win is that we are now a 5 people team. just a little background, I am from HR but was tasked to take on leading the Jira adoption on our organization. we started as 2 people team and now we're able to expand. Altho, I am not an expert with Jira (software and service management), I was able to share with the team…

This is cool!

Hello @Wakil BENAMOUR I am just a newbie with JSW and JSM but from what I experienced, this is not possible with JSW while for JSM you can do this post processing like after creating a ticket, you can attach a form. Just commenting here so I can check back others comment as I might learn more. Cheers!

Thank you! I have to check this ours as well as AI might be putting up fields like this on our projects.
-
Hello @Antonia Is this a custom field? I am just kinda new in configuring our jira and this is the first time that I've seen this field.
