Hi @Bill Mills , you've posted this in the Confluence collection, but I'm wondering if you're using custom fields in Jira. Could you confirm if you are trying to set up formulas in a table in Confluence or if you're using fields in Jira?
-
Hi @Caterina Cosa , you will need to raise a support request with Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @Kelyan PEGEOT SELME , Couple ideas: it could be that you have some statuses that are not mapped to a columne. Click on the three dots in the right hand corner to access 'Configure columns' and then check that all of your statuses are mapped to columns. Or it could be that you are creating subtasks that are not…

@Leslie Fobi Can you include a screen capture of the errors you are seeing in the audit log?

HI @Grace House and welcome to Community! Loom offers an asynchronous video recording product, and it is not the same as a webinar or meeting software like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc. You won't be able to stream a presentation like with the tools I just mentioned as Loom is all about record now, let people watch later.…

@Monique Richardson You may find this page useful as well: https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-data-privacy-and-usage-guidelines/
-
@Venkatesh Gandham It should look something like this, and you can start typing to search for a space you want to add. If you only want certain child pages, you should select "content under" and then pick the parent page. The Rovo agent will only use the pages under that parent page item as the custom knowledge.

Hi @Anne Gallant , I see on this page https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/using-rovo-chat-for-data-analysis/ CSV files are supported for data analysis in Rovo chat, but it also says "Currently unstructured data is not supported. Some examples of unstructured data are Confluence pages, PDFs or Word documents, or Slack…

Hi @김현주 , Are these two instances created by your company, or just by you personally? If they were created by your company, you will need to ask your Atlassian admin to help get you access. Here on Community we are all volunteer users, so we won't be able to grant you access. If you created them personally, were your two…

@Nada Elsayed You can go through the same action menu again to convert a live doc back to a page. However if your problem was that there were too many versions being saved, you may want to keep the page a live doc so that Confluence groups edits together in fewer versions. Users will be able to view the page (and make…
-
HI @Rob Horan , you can de-active the option to use Rovo for new tabs. You need to go into Extensions and select Extension options and then you can un toggle the option
-
@Nada Elsayed You can either select Live doc when you create a new page or you can convert existing pages to live docs through the action menu of the page (you can convert back to a regular page later if you need to)

@Leslie Fobi Archived pages are already indicated in the audit log with the space name, although there is not a link to page (just the title). Is there a reason you need to add more details? I would try testing your rule step by step, so first seeing if it correctly adds the value to the audit log. Potentially I would…

Hi @Nada Elsayed it looks like you ran into some kind of a bug that is repeating text on your page. However regarding the issue of other users not being able to see content while it's being edited, there are a couple things to keep in mind: * if one person is in edit mode, but other users are consulting the page in…
-
Hi @Nada Elsayed As @marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- described, this looks like the standard Confluence behavior. You can delete some of the versions if the changes are minor and you only want to keep the major versions. You could also use Live pages. These detect when people start editing the page, and only create a new…

Hi @Leslie Fobi Confluence Automation can for sure add labels when you archive a page. It would look like a bit like this As for removing the label if a page is unarchived, there is not a trigger "unarchive" or "restore" for the moment in Confluence Automation. However you might be able to find a work around by describing…
-
Hi @Marco CONDEMI-POLIMENI , you haven't mentioned needing an alternative scenario, so are you sure you need a trigger? The details you provided of positive and negative examples should be in the agent instructions, and not the trigger. If you had one Rovo agent that answered people's questions about any and all internal…

Hi @Michalina Gąsienica-Laskowy , My first thought was the try de-activating any browser plugins you have, but if you say the same thing is happening on Firefox and Edge I'm not so confident in my suggestion. But perhaps try deactivating all plugins and try again? Next, have you asked colleagues or other users of your…

Hi @Thom Welcome to Community! I also ran into this problem a few weeks ago, and someone from Atlassian created this change request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-83078 You can watch and vote for the issue

Hi @Garric If you search your emails, you should have received one with the subject line something like "[Action Required] Jump back in to Confluence to keep your subscription" If you used your parents' email to set up the site, it would be them who would have received it.
-
Hi @yaron , Do you mean can a hidden field have the value set based on a visible field? So if a customer selects priority 'high', some other field value gets set?

Hi @Jyoti Kumari and welcome to Community! You may be able to get more assistance on developing in Forge over on the Developer community: https://community.developer.atlassian.com/

@Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ I've seen a lot of progress in how Rovo works since I posted this in July. I just went back to clean up and adjust a Rovo agent that uses a playbook to help guide people, and it's much better at asking for some input and waiting before moving on. I've also tested out the scenario options,…

Hi @Yu, Zhuohan and welcome to Community. You can invite guests to collaborate with you in Confluence. Check out this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/invite-guests-for-external-collaboration/ It's a two step process where you add them as guests to your instance, then give them access to a…
-
Hi @Eva Daskalaki and welcome to Community! What you would need is to figure out a trigger that works correctly. I haven't tested out the new Rovo condition for a trigger, but what about something like a 'page edited' trigger with conditions and using the Rovo condition to look at the body of the page? You could also…

@Manjunath Public links are self-contained, meaning they can't know that you are also making child pages available with public links. If you have multiple pages you would like to make available to the public, you need to make the space available to anonymous users. You can either make sure the space only contains pages you…

Hi @ruoman wang , are you using the XY line chart? The only think I can think of would be adding another row to your source table with the target data. Check out the documentation here https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/chart-macro-163415075.html

@Mikael Sandberg I'm like the student who didn't read the book for the book report with APIs. "Oh yeah, you can just create a web request, no problem", but then if I'm the one who has to do it.... 😅
-
Is this still possible @Avinoam ? I'm just trying to update a Confluence automation rule to change the type of page created to be a live page, and I can't find any way to do it. I'm not seeing any action specific to "create live page", nor any way to change the page from a standard page to a live edit page.

@Shantharam Have you tried click on "zoom to selection"? This is different from changing the percentage of zoom. I didn't draw a box around the option in my screenshot and it looks like i was modifying the zoom percentage manually, but selecting "Zoom to selection" should take you back to what you put on the whiteboard.…
