Okay it was the Get started quickly with Jira course, not Jira essentials. The video is displaying and playing correctly for me. It looks like it's probably a browser issue. Perhaps you have a cookie blocker? I would recommend trying all the classic browser debugging tasks: clear your cache, try in incognito, try another…

Hi @Parul Sahu Could you give a link of the video or page you're trying to access? Are you logged into your Atlassian account when you try to access them?

Hi @Admin and welcome to Community. If you on Cloud and are a space administrator, the Content Manager (available from the space settings) is a great place to get an overview of content in that space and answer all those questions you have. This is however only available on Confluence Premium or Enterprise. You can see…

Hi @Stuart McMorris , I can't answer for Atlassian about why it doesn't have drafts, but if you generally need lots of time to complete all the information in a Jira ticket, what about creating as the first status in your workflow something like "Draft"? The issue then is saved and won't disappear so you can come back to…
-
Hi @Kate Hondarovska , I see that you work for Devart, the company behind TMetric. Please check out the Partner Rules of Engagement https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/Atlassian-Partners-Rules-of-Engagement/ba-p/2899328 and make sure to update your profile name as well as follow all of the rules.…

@Christopher_Collins You can also find archived pages when searching by going into the advanced settings and selecting "Show archived content". This is helpful if you're searching for content and not sure if it's archived or not.
-
This is a Confluence question, not Jira, so Team vs Company is not relevant here.
-
I would agree with option 2, and I would add that custom issue/work item types could also help if the 3 teams want the same issue type (for example, more than one team wants to use Tasks or Stories).

Hi @Pavan Kumar Pinniboyina , Looks like you ended up on the wrong documentation page. The Jira Guest documentation says "Total number of users (paid + guests) can't exceed your Jira site's user limit." Basically, guest users are free, but your limited in how many you can have. The user limit per site is 50,000.

@Khyati They should be similar however written for different audiences. The changelog on the developer website is intended for Jira cloud app developers, whereas the Community release notes is intended for users and admins. They will present and explain things a bit differently. Right now it looks like the most recent…

@Khyati The cloud version of Jira does not have version numbers. To see what's been released lately, check out https://community.atlassian.com/release-notes as well as groups like https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-Cloud-Admins/gh-p/JiraAdmins

Hi @Göblyös Cintia Laura is it your whole Jira instance that is not available, or just one Jira space/board? If your Jira instance is working, but the space (FKA project) you want is no longer available, the Jira admin at your company will be the only one who can help you. If you don't know who that is, ask your IT team.

Hi @Melika-Everview looks like you work for a Marketplace partner. Please check out the Partner guidelines for tips on how to update your profile to get the Partner badge as well as the rules of engagement for promoting apps on…

Hi @Felipe Giroldo Those using free Jira sites can’t: * assign space roles in Jira Cloud (or in Jira Service Management) * configure work item security schemes * restrict permissions using schemes (See https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/permissions-limitations-in-free-jira-sites/) You can start a…
-
Hi @Montassar Chatti , how are you sharing these pages with your customers? Do you know if there are any macros or images on the page? This will help identify where the problem might be coming from.
-
@Wasay Ibrahim If you are a Marketplace partner, you can raise a support request at https://atlassianpartners.atlassian.net/support#/
-
Hi @kinoshrot Folders or parent pages are a great way to group content together and prevent infinite scroll page trees. It sounds like you also might have enough content to break it up into several spaces, which can also help people understand which type of content goes where (to avoid people just creating pages at the…
-
Hi @Sebastian Krzewiński , I have set up Confluence Automation rules in several spaces I own to periodically run and check if pages are owned by deactivated accounts, which then prompts me to go and update the page owner to someone who has taken over the job/task/content. Another rule sends a message to page owners if the…
-
@Beth Vinson "Localtab" is the name for a macro provided with the app Navitabs, which was sold by Bitvoodoo, now Elevatic. If you say you're on version 9.2.20, I'm going to assume you're on DC and not on Cloud like the tags say for your question. This is the DC documentation for…

@Pedro Garzon I couldn't confirm which app you're using, but if you are getting errors with it, you should contact the app vendor directly for support.
-
Hi @anna_kiviharju and welcome to Community. You replied to Tobi that these are Jira macros, so not standard tables. My guess is that the change in display is related to this https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/The-Jira-Legacy-macro-is-becoming-the-Jira-Data-Center-macro/ba-p/3126599 The comments for…

Hi @Maheswaram_M_Murali_QMH C , you can ask the space admin or site administrator to change who is the owner of the page (make a current employee the owner of the page), and then that person will be able to change the edit permissions on the page. If you don't know who the admin(s) of the space is/are, you can see them in…
-
Hi @frank_keulers and welcome to Community! Could you describe a bit more your process with adding labels to pages? Right away I'm thinking of how Confluence Automation + a Rovo agent can be really helpful to add or remove labels on pages, but perhaps you were thinking of something else.
-
Hi @Jadhav_ Nityanand and welcome to Community! It's not clear if you are on Cloud or Data Center, but if you are on Cloud and in a Team managed project, you can ask the space owner to give you administration permissions for the project. That will allow you to delete work items in that specific space.
-
Hi @Mary Daly Welcome to Community! Your question is tagged for both Cloud and Data Center. In order to answer your question, we need to know what your hosting is because things work a bit differently on DC and Cloud. Can you also specify how you configured this? With a 3rd party app? With Automation? If you used…

Hi @Girish Ravi and welcome to Community! I wrote an article about how I set up a fairly similar use case https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/How-to-use-Confluence-Automation-to-create-a-page-amp-send-a/ba-p/3015372 I use a template in my automation rule, and I recommend you do the same, instead of…

Hi @Ascen García I will add that creating a 'Live doc' may be a better match for your team than the traditional page, since Live docs don't have the draft/publish distinction, but rather are always in collaborative edit (think Google doc). This will solve the problem of sharing and collaborating on a page that hasn't yet…
-
HI @Asier Vadillo , you can do this easily by adding a rule (I'm assuming Company managed project) In the new workflow tool, click on Rule on the top To prevent that someone transitions the issue if the assignee is blank, you'll need to add a rule to Validate a field. You can easily select in the drop downs the value, and…

Hi @Mayara Prado de Oliveira and welcome to Community! I see over on this discussion a couple possible issues were explored that may solve your problem: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Jira-Form-which-is-Open-for-Public-Not-accessible-for-Non/qaq-p/3053652 You might want to check out this…

HI @- and welcome to Community! I was also having issues with Rovo yesterday and my admin raised a support request with Atlassian. Atlassian replied that they had some internal issues yesterday that have been resolved. Today I was able to modify my Rovo agent again, so it seems like things are back in order.
