Hi @KC Wong I've also been playing around with Rovo Virtual Service Agents. (They ain't that bright just yet) Have you attempted to limit the knowledge of your Rovo agent? Having the Confluence knowledge linked to the project shouldn't be enough for the Agent to consider that knowledge specially relevant. What you wanna do…

Hi Hazel! Adding to what Trudy said, you could open a ticket to Atlassian Support asking for the merge of these accounts. You will need proof of ownership for both of them (mainly, having them managed under your organization). If you are working with a Partner, they can probably get the paperwork done for you :D Best…

@Atul Setlur Is this final? Customers now have complicated hierarchies where more than one company is buying licenses in bulk and creating a big number of sites all under one organization. Asking for only two of those companies tops (not including different sites for departments) to have the expected dev->test->prod setup…

I imagine the rule has to trigger in order for the conditionals to evaluate. In both cases (conditionals included in the trigger or not) the rule won't count to automation limits -> No actions performed. Seems like the change was only on the front-end of things to make rules tidier.

Hi Markus. It is not possible to achieve that functionality out of the box. You could create a "Field Conditional validator" if you use this plugin (which my company created) Workflow Magic Box | Atlassian Marketplace Another alternative would be to create an automation that checks for the conditional after the transition…

Hi Markus :) My company created this plugin which greatly enhances workflow conditions, validators and post-functions. Workflow Magic Box | Atlassian Marketplace Using the "Field Conditional" you can choose to compare the value of a field, or even if the value of the field Is X given another field is Y. Example: "If…

Fantastic article, thanks for your insight. When you say response times are slow when API integrations are included, how slow are we talking? Thanks!

This is such a simple yet useful idea! I'll make sure to share it with Juniors in my company! (We do Atlassian consulting). Looking forward for more articles from you! +1 to the sentiment of getting a Confluence whiteboard

Hi Ian! Welcome to the community! I say, think around the problem. Instead of moving the ticket manually, I would create an automation which modifies the issue type. Then remove user's permissions to move issues. Your automation would look something like this: To your users it would look a bit like this: Keep in mind, this…

Hi @Sudarshan Singh and welcome to the community :) Does your API call return a 200 message? Are you using this endpoint or a different one? The Jira Cloud platform REST API Let's see if we can get this fixed!

Excellent article, it looks great

Hi @RATZKE Agnieszka welcome to the community :D I'm not sure waht your requirement is. Could you expand on it? Also, I think this documentation could be useful to you -> Create release notes | Atlassian Support If you have Confluence, you can create your release notes there as the Wiki Style renderer is the one Confluence…

Hi Doring, welcome to the community! With Rovo, I was able to set up an automation that has saved a significant amount of time for our senior developers. Atlassian includes the agent "Readiness Checker" which is meant to give feedback on whether or not an issue is OK to start working on by referencing some quality…

Hi @Galina Rogozinsky Welcome to the community! My first suggestion would be to create a Rovo agent that includes a URL to the repository as part of its instructions. Another suggestion, whenever Rovo makes a mistake, write back to it telling him what the mistake was and why it failed, even copying and pasting the…

@James Rickards _SN_ glad you like it :D This has indeed worked well for me in the past. The method was developed while designing the system with clients who might not be technical, as you say. One improvement that I've been thinking about is including what type of relationship the objects will have between them, as naming…

Thanks for the reply, @Dave Mathijs I honestly don't have that much experience with other third-party tools, though I've heard great things of Draw.io and Miro. The good thing about Whiteboards is that you can use it even with standard Confluence instance, export as pdf or take screenshots and delete them for later use.I'd…

Heyo! Welcome to the community! Sadly, there's no real way to stop users from flagging without leaving a comment. One option would be to create a self-transition with a rule "update an issue field" where you update the "Flagged" field to "Impediment" and a "require comment" validation. But this wouldn't disable the "flag"…

Hi @Thomas Pedersen Ljungstrom Man, do I understand your pain point. Sadly, at least in my experience, you won't be able to use Teams effectively yet in Assets. There is no easy way to import the information and if you were to successfully import it with a cron job and some API calls, you wouldn't have access to the…

Fantastic. Is that something you do with the Atlassian CLI? Regards!

Hi Neovizta, welcome to the community :D Gotta say, this situation can get pretty tricky depending on how your account is set up, so let's review the two main scenarios: 1. When logging in, is the account required to log in with e-mail and password in an interface that looks like this? That's the best case scenario, as the…

Hi @Geunwoo Oh and wellcome to the community! Don't worry, the same thing happened to me in the past when switching jobs. Just open up a ticket to support here -> Atlassian Support I'd say the best category for this is probably going to be "Personal Data and GDPR" Best of luck!

Do let me know how that went! If you have success, feel free to mark my answer as accepted so it can help other members of the community whith similar questions 😊

Hi @Youssef EZZAHDAOUI and welcome to the community 😊 I'm afraid that out of the box, the function that you are trying to achieve is not possible. This is because JQL does not support field comparisons. This leads to operations such as "Assignee is different than Informer" or "Due date is later than End date" not being…

This would be really easy to do in JSM. Create a request type for Document Change Management. Simple workflow: Pending approval -> Approved. In the "Pending Approval" status check "approval status" and configure it to "everyone from the field Approvers must approve" Automation: When a ticket is created, add your approver…

Cool! Would you mind directing us to that screen? I can't seem to find it, at least in Cloud 😣

Hadn't read that one @Loren Siegel ! thanks for the link :D

It is possible that your user doesn't have the "plan work items" permissions? Without it you cannot modify the delivery dates in general :O Regards, Jaime

Hi @Boyan Iliev ! Interesting discussion 😊 I do use the Done column, usually helped by adding a time limit to it so that tickets older than 2 weeks are removed from the board (though not deleted). That way the team can tell at a glance what work was done recently while it's still relevant. By the way, I notice you have a…

Hi @AS and wellcome to the community! Glad to hear you are interested in becoming an Atlassian Champion. I am too! Actively trying to become one. You can find the criteria and more information in this link: How to become an Atlassian Community Leader (Champions used to be named Community Leader) Hope that was helpfull!…
