Hi @Vladimir Chervonenko MYFIGMA-111 --->MYFIGMA-112 --->MYFIGMA-113 Assuming MYFIGMA-111 is the parent and MYFIGMA-113 is the design task. You can build a automation Trigger - when issue type Design for MYFIGMA is move to DONE/or any other relevant status when the Figma design gets added. Using a branch rule, update the…

Hi @Nicolae Victor Rusu You could try EazyBI or Atlassian Analytics. These have a lot more granular/meta data and you should be able to generate the report you are looking for. I have done it in EazyBI sometime back.

Thanks much! Yes understand. Don't want to create additional clean-up.

Sorry was not watching this thread. Yes please @Nagaraj B N you can connect with me on LinkedIn. It is on my profile.

Hi @Haile, Eskinder Some good suggestions from posted here... adding my thoughts to mentioned options! 1) Closing aged work items is what I prefer to do. 2) JQL - you could filter out work items created before a certain date and still not resolved. I am assuming that is what is you mean by abandoned Thanks!

HI @Marc -Devoteam- I have another workaround that I might go with. * Before the workflow is updated without the 'NOT REQUIRED' status. I will mark the issues with 'NOT REQUIRED' using a label or adding a comment, so it gets a last updated timestamp. * Once migrated, the status gets 'DONE' and in my test the resolution was…

Thanks @Marc -Devoteam- for your responses and links.

Hi @Trudy P Claspill Yes exactly. What you mentioned is the exact issue I am trying to resolve. "when the workflow itself is updated to remove the old statuses and then published, there is an option to map the old statuses to new statuses but no option to reset/map the Resolutions" Thanks! Kavitha

Hey Ashley Follow the official documentation in Atlassian. That is the best resource. When I was preparing for ACP-120, I had put together a Miro board (based on the topics to be covered for the exam). I have shared with the Atlassian community in a different thread. Feel free to use this.…

Congrats @Ivonne Terrero That's a an awesome achievement!

A few months ago, we were like a football team coming together from different organisation for a new project and not knowing each other prior. But with making the best use of Jira, Confluence and reporting tools, we started collaborating well and are now a winning team. We use these tools to set a culture of openness,…

@Mustafa007 I did a lot of hands-on practice.

Hi @Dave Mathijs I imported the comments to comment body of the Jira issue. It will show as separate comments with the date those comments were previously added. Hope this helps. Thanks!

@Lígia Zanchet Below are the steps I followed and documented. I will publish in a separate Article too. Migration/Data Import: For anyone familiar with data migration in the context of Jira/Database/ Excel, etc there are basically two key areas. * Input Source * Output (Destination where data needs to be imported) In my…

My team is similar to whitewater rafting team. We come across calm and rough waters, but through collaboration, team spirit and an attitude to give the best, we enjoy the ride and reach our destination. Jira helps keep the team in sync. Our workflows are set up effectively to match how our team can function at its best.…

This option is not necessarily using Confluence. But you can use the Timeline view in Jira, use Jira Dashboards, integrated with some great Atlassian Marketplace reporting apps. Using this you can generate a neat and very visual strategy level dashboard.
-
Bringing transparency and clarity/collaboration through effective use of Jira dashboard. We integrate with other Marketplace reporting tools to summarise Jira data more effectively.

@Lígia Zanchet I got it to work. I had to change the Browse Projects permission in the Source project that has images to Public for the import to access the images. Thanks for your help!! I learned a lot in this process and will be putting together an article for Atlassian community.
-
If I access the URL https://abcdomain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/attachment/content/21913 from a browser, the image gets downloaded successfully. That says that there is no access issue and the image is present.

@Ivonne Terrero No worries at all! All the best for your ACP-520. Feel free to reach out directly too while you are preparing and have any questions. Happy to help.

Hi @Ivonne Terrero To break it down a org can have multiple sites. Each site can have one more more products, installed apps etc. In large organisations, it may be hard for org admin to manage multiple sites. So site admin role with help manage the site. 1) Site admins can't manage product access for the sites they…

Hi @Lígia Zanchet The exported URL looks like the one below. I have updated the domain name to not make it public. But otherwise this is exactly how the exported URL looks like from Project A. I tried using one issue import. I copied this to the Attachment column to be imported to Project b.I tried several combinations of…

Thanks @Lígia Zanchet I will certainly give this a try and post the update here. Appreciate you taking time to reply.

Is your Jira admin also an Org admin? Jira product admin role is different from org admin? To add new users to a product (Jira/Confluence), you will need org admin access. More details https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/ Hope this helps.

Hi @pavel.bankovsky Few things you can check/do. 1) Go to View All boards and check if the board is still there. 2) If you still can't see the board, someone might have accidentally deleted the board. You cannot recover deleted boards 3) There is a possibility the board was closed. In this case it can be re-opened. Without…

Hi @Yongbo.Cao Not exactly clear what you are calling as backlog field. I assume you are saying status field with Backlog value. Bugs is not a status. It is an issue type. Bug might have a different workflow than your other issue types and that could be the reason some statuses are not showing for Bugs. Hope this helps!

All good! @Ytsen Boer, de Happy to know root cause was identified and it got resolved.
