If there is limitation, filter by key and export 1000 at a time. Hopefully it is not a big number, that you need to export too many times

I have used Slack integrations. There are marketplace apps for google chat integrations. You can give it a try. Thanks!

@Ytsen Boer, de You can check the issue hierarchy by going to Jira Settings --> issues-->Issue Types This is not at Project level but at Jira level setting.

Hey - Not seen a sub-task directly link to an EPIC :-) in my 10+ years using Jira. But if it did (like your screenshot), it should group under the Epic I would think. Can you go to Project Settings -->Issues-->Types and send the screenshot. yes, there is another place where the issue hierarchy is set, but we can take a…

Hi @Ytsen Boer, de It looks like the sub-task is being grouped under "Issues without an Epic, as sub-tasks do not have parent. If the task associated with that sub-task is in the board, then the sub-task will be grouped under the right Epic. Hope this helps!

Is you do how many tickets assigned to whom, then you can't do Dev start and end date because that info is for each ticket. If you want to do how many tickets assigned to whom, you can do a query for current sprint and use a pie chart widget to group by assignee. Quite simple.

Hi @Russell Haynes Alternatively, if you are looking for issues not updated in a particular field (example status) in the past 14 days, you can use something like below: project = CM and status CHANGED AFTER "2024-02-01". Hope this helps! Thanks!

Hi @Chris Cangialosi When you create a new organization and then a new Jira project, it comes wit the default issue types and workflows, notifications, field configuration, Screen schemes etc. Instead of trying to define everything at the start, you could start with the default and then update as needed based on how the…

Basically from what you are saying, you would need to migrate Jira projects from one organization to another. Are both your organization and the external collaborator on cloud? Check these out. Hope it helps! https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/migrate-projects-from-one-jira-cloud-site-to-another-779160766.html…

Hi @Andy Gladstone ! It is well past September. But couldn't resist replying to this thread. My first encounter with Atlassian products (Jira, Trello and Confluence) and Agile too was in 2012, after I moved to Sydney from US. The org I worked with were already on Agile and using Jira everyday. Initially I was running…

Thanks @Jimmy Seddon

@Ben Dollinger All the best for your exam!

Thanks @Andy Gladstone

Happy to share that I have successfully passed the Atlassian Cloud Org Admin Certification exam. I encourage everyone who is interested to continue their journey and take the exam.

Hi @Ifat Keren Sorry just saw the post. ACP-120 covers Jira Admin for Cloud. ACP-520 in overall Cloud Org Admin. It covers managing various cloud products at the Organisation level, including creating multiple sites, billing, user setting, etc.

Hi @Tammy Aulston By board view, do you mean the Kanban/Scrum board. If so, do you have the swimlane queries set-up, so it will group by the category. Please post some screenviews so can understand the problem better.

Hi @Mahdi Challouf From what certifications you currently hold, getting ABP-220 will get you the Expert Badge. Please review the below link. Also, if one of your existing certifications are close to expiring, ABP-220 might be helpful to renew that too.…

@AtNovus Not a complete solution, but some options: As a first step, I would just list the Issues with an attachment for review project = CM AND attachments is NOT EMPTY You can also look at add-on tools such as JXL to display issue size in the filter.
-
@jongseok70 Are you a Jira admin or Project Admin? There might be an issue level security. Are you not able to see any issues or specific issue?
-
@Paula Smith Lets say you have Project A and Project B. If you report filter is looking only for issues in Project A, it will not take into account is a particular issue say A-21 got moved to B-10. The filter will not list A-21. If you require the moved issues to be listed in your report, you will need to write…

@Maria Hazel Palon As @Joseph Chung Yin has mentioned, it is not possible to display the linked issue status. If you are looking to do detailed reporting for your projects, you could look at some Jira add-on tools. I have used EazyBI. But I have seen some posts with people recommending few other tools too. If you find a…

Hi @Shawn McKay Yes, you can delete them for a clean-up. For long term fix, please check automation rules, if there is any rules that is creating the fixversion automatically, when the custom field is updated.
-
@Kelly Hansen Please check if you have access to all linked projects to be able to see the linked issue. You mentioned quarterly report, so something with access could have been changed. If an issue in Project A has a linked issue to an issue in Project B. You need view access (at the min) to both the projects to see the…

@Gunasundri Subramaniam To make it simpler, you can use component as a service and assign component lead as the service owner name and at the project level, you can set the default assignee to component lead. In that way, you do not need to even write an automation rule.. keeping it simple and maintainable.
-
@Joseph Chung Yin Good point about the access between the projects!! Thanks for highlighting that.
-
@Gunasundri Subramaniam Assuming you are capturing service name in some field, you can use smart values to compare the service name and use the service owner name as assignee. If there are 10 services, you will need to write multiple if conditions. In this example I have used component name. Based on the value of…

@Maria Hazel Palon If I am understanding correctly, you have engineering ticket linked to customer support ticket. you have a customer support dashboard that shows customer support tickets. you would like to display the linked engineering ticket in that dashboard. In the below example, I have linked tickets between two…

@abhishek.s-j Instead of a pop-up, if you make those additional fields summary questions, testing instructions etc optional. Add a validator when the issue status is moved TO “Resolved - Fixed” AND with condition that the “Fix Versions” field is non-empty and make the summary questions, testing instructions required for…
