Hi @Olivia Carter Beyond software development, Jira uses business spaces as well that are not following Agile methodology. This is good for the teams that don't want software development. Some might be asking, why not use Trello? Trello is all good, but it has it's limitations. For any kind of inventory management, the…

Hi @Sascha It was changed long time ago, see: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Bring-back-Trello-Classic-View/qaq-p/3036688

Hi @Apple Joy Ypil Is this for JSM, because JSM doesn't have this kind of list view?
-
Hello @Aisha M For company-managed, a new permission scheme would be addded to the project that for Browse projects permission will only have jira-admins group. For team-managed projects, just use Private access level where jira-admins will be added.

Hello @Enrique BESUMAN BARCENAS Either you this by clicking on the All withing the Activity section of the work item. You also make sure that you are a watcher for that work item. It doesn't tell you the the exact number, it gives you the picture of problematic work items. Another option you have is creating another custom…

@Vladimir Bondarev Using a custom user picker field that would be limited with ScriptRunner I see as possible. Other than that, there is no real way of limiting the users to be shown from the whole organization.

I've requested an assistance from Atlassian support engineer. You should get the response in the next 2-3 business days.
-
Hello @Futt Futt As per article https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Atlassian-Account-questions/Delete-account/qaq-p/3208790, you would need Atlassian support to handle this issue. If you are on the Standard plan, you can create a support ticket, if you are on free, I can request an assistance here.

Hello @karim El sayed Is this a company or team-managed project? This is an issue with the lack of Manage sprints permission for those users, meaning that someone might have changed the permission scheme. If this is reflecting on the other projects as well, you then need to separate these permission schemes and every…
-
Hello @Vladimir Bondarev This can be achieved with company-managed Jira space that uses permission schemes. As you mentioned the isolation of users to be seeing only the space that they need to see, you would add them to that Jira space and assign them the role. You need to make sure that those users are included in Browse…

I've created a request for you. They should reach to you in 2-3 business days.
-
Hi @Jacqueline S_ If you are using company-managed project, you need to change the Browse projects permission only to the roles in your project. Otherwise, it will be shown to everyone. If you are using team-managed project, you need to change the access level of your project to Private.

Hi @Adekanye AbdulKabir When you are inactive for 120 days, Jira gets deactivated automatically. If you are on free plan, I will ask Atlassian support engineer to reach out to you. If you are on Standard at least, you can submit a support ticket for your site to be reactivated.
-
Welcome @Anri Jikia You can check for the trashed spaces within the All spaces section. If it's not there, then you cannot restore it.
-
Hello @Sowmya Kottapalli Have you checked the View development tools permission in your Jira space (this only applies if you have company-managed space).
-
Hello @Jonathon Crowley Toggle the Clear this field below.
-
Hello @Christopher _Berry_ Dunford This was long time ago. And this is now a default appearance.
-
Hello @Jens Have you tried using the Rovo agent that will do all of these things and also include the Teams connector which exists by default?
-
Hello @Diallo Even though certifications will get you your knowledge a level up, but in my experience they won't teach you the real skills that you would need for Jira admin position. For certifications, you can find all of them here: https://community.atlassian.com/learning/certifications

Hi @Utpal Dutta There is an active incident https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ Also, try with incognito mode and clearing your cache.

Hello @Thulasiraman Nagarajan Please take a screenshot of the automation rule that is not showing sensitive data (blur it).
-
In that case, you need one field that will be a date time picker. Let's call it In Progress Time. Add it to the screen of your Jira space. Then create an automation rule: * Trigger - Work item transition from New to In Progress * Action - Edit work item -> select In Progress Time and for the value you will be using…

Hello @sravani vennapusa You can see this on your work item when you scroll all the way down in Activity -> All section.
-
Hello @Bert Duhamel How are you currently requesting feature ideas? Is Jira product discovery included as well?
-
Hi @Jay Ratnathas On free tier, accounts get deactivated when there isn't activity for 120 days. Which tier you are using?
-
Hi @Mordecai Yang This means the issues is with the application itself, nothing wrong from your side. If the error keeps happening, contact their vendor support.
-
Welcome @Maria Santos To keep you secure, I've removed the link of your instance. The message is straightforward. Either you do not have the permission to view a certain Jira space.Or you don't have the Jira license.
-
Hello @Nicola Sinnerton , when did you start to experience this issue? What were you trying to do with Rovo?
-
Hi @Pavan Rai I do understand the impact that this causing. Since you have Enterprise, did you raise a support ticket for Atlassian for P1? I did see the ticket that you have raise. I can't do more than recommended troubleshooting steps provided. I've requested the assistance. You should be contacted in 2 business days.
-
Hi @Suhanaa Official True, the prompting would be much faster for Rovo. Feature requests can be posted in here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa - you need to find the most accurate project to make the feature requests. My recommendation is adding [ROVO] placeholder for your feature request.
