@Magdalena This KB will help: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/deleting-your-atlassian-account-when-you-are-the-billing-or-technical-contact/

Hi @Corinne Guibert You might find these helpful: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Sequence-of-execution-of-automation-rules/qaq-p/2517434 https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/How-to-Control-the-Execution-Order-amp-track-changes-of-Jira/qaq-p/2963676
-
Hi @Corinne Guibert First, you need to be an org admin. Then go to Apps -> App access settings -> User invites. From there, you choose Don't allow invites.
-
Welcome @Superadmin This is something handled by Atlassian support. Reference: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Payment-via-Credit-card/qaq-p/2910092 Link for billing support: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Hello @Magdalena You need to go to Settings -> Account Settings -> Account Preferences -> Delete account. If you've done that and it failed, what was the message that you have received?
-
Hi @erin_moore List view doesn't support the due date indicator. And I agree, it would be better for the managers or project lead to see which work items need action. Alternative solution would be to create format rules that will fill Due Date with red color. It is always going to be red, regardless of the due date being…

Hello @Diallo Which permission did the previous user had when they were on the project?
-
That's not a good change...especially for the Scrum like burn up and burn down charts which are essential in the Scrum framework.
-
Hello @David Nickell That's strange, I did not find any news regarding this change. https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/features/reports
-
@Jira OrangeDoor When you go to Space settings and start scrolling down, under Notification settings, you should see Language support.
-
Make sure that Available to customers is toggled on.
-
Hi @Martyna Trzpiola Instead of how it was done by your side, I would do it like this: Create these custom fields: New Started AtType: Date Picker Days in NewType: Number field Rule 1 — Store when issue enters New Trigger: Issue transitionedTo status: New Action: Edit issue fields Set New Started At to:…

Again, I understand, but for the account deletion the steps are the same as I wrote them.
-
There is a full guide here: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/delete-your-atlassian-account/
-
Hello @Jira OrangeDoor In your JSM space, you need to see the option Language support instead of Translation which is under the Notifications.
-
I have to disagree there. The personal part that is your Atlassian site URL. To delete your account, you need to go to your avatar and the other settings. Your screenshots are showing Billing for each application. To deactivate each app, you need to see three dots and when it's clicked it says Deactivate.
-
Hello @Alistair Baillie I understand that you are frustrated, let's fix that issue. Click on your avatar -> Account settings -> Account preferences -> Delete account.
-
@Juan Fernandez Gullermo you need to have three dots next to Subscription to be able to Deactivate. Is there another admin?
-
Hi @Manish Chokhawala Have you tried in incognito mode, deleting and reuploading the PDF and deleting the cache?
-
Hi @Juan Fernandez Gullermo Only one part is confusing for deleting your account. You need to click on avatar -> Account settings -> Account preferences -> Deleting account As for unsubscribing for all apps, you need to go to Billing -> Choose your app -> Deactivate
-
Hi @Tanvi Sharma You would need an automation rule here: * Trigger: Field change for Story Points * Condition: Issue type equals Sub-tasks * Action: Lookup issues with query parent = {{issue.parent.key}} * Action: Edit issue - parent, field - story points, value - {{lookupIssues.Story Points.sum}}
-
Hi @Gabriel Zanetti Have you asked Atlassian support? I had the similar issue. Rovo wasn't appearing, it was active. They did resolve the issue.
-
Hello @Rupali Building your own projects might get you ahead from other candidates, but doesn't guarantee you a job. Either look for internships and junior positions. When it comes to learning data analytics, you would need to know tech things like Python, SQL - more knowledge of SQL since you will be querying your…

Hi @Mayuresh Kamble There isn't really a roadmap for this rather learning basics of programming: conditions, loops, lists, classes. Groovy is a simplified Java. Learning Java would help you understand basic concepts of programming. My suggestion is using ChatGPT,Claude, etc. and prompt it to teach you about groovy. Another…

Hello @AMOUR What were the steps that you took to investigate that user doesn't have access to Jira space? What are the error messages that these users get? Is it the same or different error?
-
Hello @Pedro Ruiz Rodriguez For billing purposes, create a request here: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/
-
Welcome @Sandra Weber Best option is to use the middle button on your mouse. Instead of scrolling with it, you would press it and it would open the work item in the new tab. Another alternative is opening the work items in the sidebar, however this doesn't work for every work item.

Welcome @Alona Kirichansky --CNTR You are managing your API tokens through your Security page of your profile. You can see when the token expires and you will also get an email a week before your token will expire.
-
Hi @Мельник Володимир Олександрович Is that API having a scope or not. You need an API key with scopes to limit what user can do. I suggest creating another API token that has scopes.
-
Welcome @sravani vennapusa Yes, you can add the condition to the transition where users will be able to see the transition if they are meeting the conditions. You can find more about conditions here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/
