Hello @Roberto Manes You need to select List view from your board navigation. If you cannot find it, you need to look for + icon and add it from there. Then you check the issues that you want to export, then click on three dots and find Export. From there you will have options like CSV, XLSX, etc.

Hello @Claus Praefcke There is a reason why only organization admins can do this. They are the ones with the highest privileges and they control all sites under an organization. Having any user disabling it would disrupt the current governance that is being held by org admins. I don't believe that this will happen in the…
-
Welcome @Chiara Dietz You need to limit the Browse Projects permission for the roles in your project that are using it and also check if your space has Any logged in user added as a role, which is usually the case.
-
Welcome @Oliver Christie Currently, Atlassian doesn't have the support from Slack workflow to have a JPD idea being created, only Jira. On the other hand, what you can try is to create the Jira work item and then based on the creation of that item that will have some sort of tag (label, summary, etc.), the automation rule…

Hello Site admin can invite the users to their site where they are the site admins. One organization can have multiple sites. For example, organization A, has sites like B and C. Site admin for site B, is able to invite users to site B only. * Site admins can create groups. * Site admins cannot install apps. * Site admins…

Hi @AGASTYA SHARMA Yes, you should always say to the AI what to emphasize and what to avoid.

Hello @Jamie Modiano You can refer to this page: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Free-plan-How-to-allow-a-single-user-to-edit-delete-issues/qaq-p/3176555 If this is a company-managed project, you do not have the access to permission schemes, rather by default this should be done by space…
-
Hi @Suraj , do you have any automation rules in place?
-
Hello @Shantanu Khanwalkar The best would be to see with the Billing support if there is something that is stuck in the background. The link to billing support: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

@Julian Becher Rovo can't be deactivated on the user or work item basis. It's either being blocked from the access or it has to be used.
-
Hi @Julian Becher Instead of removing Rovo, you can block it to access your Atlassian organization. You need to go to Rovo access -> Add app. From there you are choosing which apps will block Rovo.

Hello @Lisa Ossmark Have you tried in incognito mode? Cache clearing?
-
Hi @Jiabao Zeng I saw that this issue was solved by someone by using a VPN. Have you tried using it as well? Go with that first, then if it doesn't work, you can raise a request here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact Note: this is only for Standard and above tiers, if you are on the free tier, I would escalate this to…

Hello @ML The best choice for this specific purpose is to use the Booking by Appwide: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1236123/booking-assets-scheduling-for-jira-and-jsm You can take a look at their app, see how it works, and if you do not like it, simply uninstall it.

Hello @Karina Tikhonova There was a 3 hour long active incident for this issue. Currently, it has been fixed: https://status.atlassian.com/ It will take time to be applied on every single instance.
-
EDIT: I saw that there is an active incident on Atlassian's status page.
-
Hello @Stefanie Kilimann In Confluence you cannot access issues. This is relevant to Jira. And the reason is you could be lacking Assign Issues permission in the permission scheme. Only Jira administrators can change the permission scheme. Check if that permission scheme has been shared with other spaces as well.
-
@Özlem ÇELMEN Atlassian can do this to do some patches or bug fixed. It usually gets resolved quickly. Wait for some time and try again.
-
Hello @Özlem ÇELMEN According to this There are no incidents on Confluence. If you are having the error where it says that your site is not available, this is usually due to inactivity from your side and Atlassian automatically deactivates these sites.

Hello @Said Bennaceur Staying professional and calm at most of the times is nurturing the good relationships with the customers. They are not mad at you, they are mad at the company itself. Be empathetic, put yourself in their shoes, especially if that is the paying customer who is frustrated with overcharging, features…

Welcome @Stephen_Calvert On the "For you" page, there still needs to be "Assigned to me" tab. Recommended spaces are being shown, that is true, although, the "Assigned to me" has stayed.
-
Hi @Prasanth Adhikaram Usually this happens when you haven't been using the instance for 120+ days. Atlassian automatically deactivates those sites. I've requested support from them.
-
Hi @mohanarao I've removed the sensitive info from your post. If you are on free tier, accounts get deactivated for 120 days of inactivity.I've requested support from Atlassian.

Hello @Areopagus Do you have an identity provider? Managed accounts are usually handled by identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, etc.)
-
Hello @sharvani mehrish Here is how I did the integration of SNow and Jira: * From Jira side I created a webhook for create/update/delete events * I've created the integration user and generated their API * I've also created automation rules for handling the attachments from Jira -> SNow Everything else was handled by our…

Welcome @Golden Glow Cleaners ! * For managing different teams, I use different boards. Developers are working mostly with Scrum, business teams use Kanban. For complexity, I consult the users that more than 5 statuses in a workflow is already creating a complex workflow. It's about the processes of these teams and how…
