Hi @1STAKE SUPPORT Customer service management is free up to 3 agents. Have you tried adding it in incognito mode? For getting Atlassian support, you at least need Standard tier. You can try signing up for trial Standard tier and then revoke it after you have done with your support with Atlassian.

Hello @Rob Mason You can report a bug on https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select Technical issues and bugs. I would also recommend to get the errors from the development console.

Welcome @Kirti Rajput Have you tired the scheduled trigger? You can define when the emails will be sent based on the schedule that you create. If you had premium, you would include Delay action that is matching the exact use case.

@[deleted] To proceed, you must either cancel the subscription or assign another user as the billing administrator before attempting to delete your account again. You can manage your subscriptions and billing contacts through admin.atlassian.com/billing.…

Hello @Venkata Sairam As the message says, you need to check this with your organization admin. Even though it is not managed by any organization, organization admins are in charge of user management.

As @Brant Schroeder mentioned, if you were not active for 120 days, this is why your site was deactivated. At what time were you trying to access Confluence?

Hello @Ajay Soni You should check with your organization admin if the license for Confluence still relevant. There are no active incidents on Atlassian.

Hi @Fin Allen * I would suggest going with the Jira business project because from everything that you are mentioning, you don't need Agile (kanban and scrum). Do not include more than 5-7 statuses in your workflow. Everything above it is making it less intuitive. For Jira, you got the Content management template that you…

Just make sure that this is more a way of call to action, not just the link itself. Another thing that you can do is including a shortcut in your Jira project that would be named something…
-
@Steeve P_ Indeed it is. It's just the matter of which option you will use, the page template or the whiteboard. If you found the answer helpful, please mark it as accepted so other folks could refer to it.

Hello @Luis Iglesias Have you checked the space permissions? Or if your instance has been updated, which role was assigned to you on that space?
