Hi @Stephen_Lugton Not necessarily, List and board are interconnected between each other and it wouldn't make much sense to see it on the list but not on the board. This could be the case if the project was created with scrum template.

Hello @Dacian Voicu _WoiQ_ That part no. You can change all other options like request types, portal, workflows, etc. This can be done in Language support options in your service management project. From there you need to review the translations if they are correct (most of them are, since Jira does this automatically).
-
Hello @Oliver Strauß In which way is it bound to the browser session from your side? Are you using separators and the conditionals in those separators?
-
Hello @Louise Chagas Loeser de Carvalho There aren't charts that are directly showing this data, you would need to go with the alternative which is using the Workload pie chart. Assignee and the original time estimate would be the great choices here.
-
@Jessica Theuma Have you tried with incognito mode as well?
-
Hello @Eliya Sarfarti This is because the scope is only limited to that team-managed project. In order to see more statuses, you need to create the global automation rule instead.
-
Hello @Mihir Ruparelia No, only place this can be changed is for the SLAs.Alternatively, you can change the hour format but this will apply on WHOLE Jira: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/change-the-time-format-to-24-hours-in-jira-cloud-1540227449.html
-
Hello @Jessica Theuma Your space admin needs to check the role that has been assigned to you if it allows editing pages.

Welcome @Ben Mathews ! You can add the card layouts for both backlog and active sprints from board settings. For fields you would add Sprints.
-
Hello @Stasa Lokmer In JSM, workflows are tied to your work items which are also tied to your request types. Meaning that for work item you create a workflow and apply it to your request type. To apply it you would go to your request type and click on Manage workflow. You can edit the existing workflow. Overall, you need…

Hello @Chelluri Durga, Venkata Sai Keshav Which part is confusing regarding the roleid? Explanation for each roleid: atlassian/user: A standard user with access to specific Atlassian applications (e.g., Jira Software, Confluence). They are typically billable and can create, edit, and interact with content and issues within…
-
Hi @Kyle Sellers Are you using Scrum template? Have you checked your board filter and the query that shows which issues are being created?
-
Welcome @Naresh Sampath * To manage API tokens for service accounts, you can refer here: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-service-accounts/ * Currently, service accounts cannot be added to automation rules and to be the rule actors, see: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AUTO-2008

Hi @Anand V Not slightly accurate. The user has the Confluence license, otherwise, they won't be seeing the page they are seeing. This is the matter of space permission overall. For page restrictions a different error message would show: You have stumbled upon a restricted content.

That's how I felt when I saw it. When you do it in Google meet, it's straight to the point and in Trello it might confuse people. If this did solve your problem in any way, kindly accept the answer so other people can refer to it. Thanks!

Hi @James Woyciesjes I would suggest only sharing the Public forms with the users that you are intending to share. Probability of someone guessing the URL of your form is low. I also believe that these forms are protected from the web app based attacks such as XXS, SQL injection and more. Only send the public forms to the…

Hello @Mick Diepstraten What is the error message that you are receiving? Which guide did you follow to delete the app?
-
Hello @Jyoti Kumari Automatically no, but manually you can do this when the comment is being made there is a lock icon near the comment where you can limit on which roles will be seeing the comment.
-
Hello @Anand V Have you checked with the owner what role they have assigned to you in that space?
-
Hello @Ramakrishna Bavirisetti You can customize your left sidebar by selecting the Customize sidebar to add needed options. For your project you would need to click on + icon on below the share icon.
-
You need to do this from the Atlassian side and have organization admin permissions. You would go to your recommended Rovo agents, click on three dots and go for deleting the agent. Not recommended to do, but this is the way.
-
Hi @Kritika Khullar Which options do you get when you click on three dots below one of those templates?
-
This article could help you out: https://support.atlassian.com/automation/kb/automation-rule-to-count-the-number-of-issue-transition/ In the automation rule, instead the status transition you would use the Field value changed for Comment field. However, this would work for software project, not service management project.
-
Hello @Yashwant Choudhary Was the application deployed to your instance in the first place? If so, to which environment? After you have verified this, you should ask your developer about the permissions they have set.
-
Hello @Zincopper You can't directly. It will always record it as Focus time. Instead create a card then drag and drop it to your planner. This the workaround.
-
Hello @ZOS This would be possible if there was a JQL that can query internal comments, which is something that Jira can't do. Request for that is here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4286 Even if you create the counter field, it will count the Comments in general, not internal and external comments.
-
Hello @Exelfluid Mohamed Uninstall the app and try it again. What is the model and your Android OS version? That would explain why you are seeing the kanban view as the way you are seeing it. More onto that, your best bet is to ask Atlassian support regarding this. Since you are on free version, you don't have an access to…
-
Hi @Gor Greyan Instead of Epic Link it needs to be Parent because Epic Links will be deprecated.
-
Hi @reza raisi I understand your position, but at least what I can do is to point you to the right direction, the rest is on Atlassian. My second recommendation is to sign up for trial of premium version of Trello with no charges so you can get access to Atlassian support and submit your query there.
