Hello, yes @george_bullock I've done this with first asking the Rovo chat to convert the PDF to multiple how to guides. After that I asked it to create a page in Confluence and it did that.
-
Welcome @Jean Gustavo Horn Is this happening on other browsers as well? Is this happening in the incognito mode?
-
Hello @Bianca de Weerd Please send a screenshot of the issue you are having and blur all sensitive info.

Hi @Magnus Carlsson From this reference: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Trello-questions/Trello-board-suddenly-closed-Only-the-admin-can-reopen/qaq-p/3070875 Atlassian will be able to help you out.
-
Hi @Rahul Bhansali I've requested help from Atlassian support engineer. They should be reaching you out on this post and moving it to email conversation.
-
Hello @Tiemen Blankert Completing and reopening isn't the same. Once the sprint gets completed, that's it. Those issues from the active sprint disappear, unless you've closed the sprint with some of the uncompleted work. In that case, all uncompleted work is moved back to the backlog to be added to the upcoming sprint.
-
Sadly, in Jira, no.
-
Hello @Atlassian You can directly refer to the billing team: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing?redirectSource=sac-wac-redirect#/
-
Hello @Precious Udofia You can configure your board to only show the tasks that are in progress by changing your filter. Since you've mentioned the backlog, I assume you are using Scrum?
-
Hello @Hela Mzoughi Your organization admin needs to grant you the Confluence license. This is not something that Atlassian staff is doing, rather your admins.
-
Hello @James McCrea No, this is how it was hard coded by Atlassian. As an alternative, you can use activity stream in your dashboard, but this is not only focused on project.
-
Hello @Johan Theunissen Best option is to contact Draw.IO support by submitting a support ticket here
-
@melanie_boehmer Mentioned in here, you would need to contact Atlassian support to turn this off for you. Otherwise, you can't do it by yourself. Good thing is you have premium tier of Confluence so the support is available 24/7. You can submit a ticket here
-
Hello @melanie_boehmer As mentioned from https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-articles/Introducing-Confluence-Race-Mode/ba-p/3145981 , this will only be there for limited time. The design is indeed to be trusted because Williams Racing is part of Atlassian. You can find more information…

Hello @Jayanth On Confluence, no. Global automations are limited only to Confluence administrators. Space administrators can create the rules in the spaces they are admins of: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/create-automation-rules-in-confluence/ Since user roles are now taking the place, there isn't…
-
Hello @Eric Rauso This applies to the Kanban board default settings. You can change this when you go to the Board settings and scroll all the way down. This applies to company-managed projects only, not for team-managed. You can always view the items when you are searching for All work items and filter out the Done work…

Hi @Fabian E_ Good point out there. Alternatively, you can use this app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/284/confluence-command-line-interface-cli Yes,it is paid, but you can do some work for two weeks period.
-
Hi @Jerome Soucy Did you look into the out-of-the-box Work item hierarchy? You can only add the levels TOP of the Epic, not below it. For everything else, yes, you would need plugins from the marketplace.
-
Welcome @Drew Harthcock You need to disable AI completely, Rovo is part of Atlassian intelligence. You would need to go to Atlassian Administration -> Apps -> AI enabled apps and remove it from your site.
-
Hi @Davide Cascapera To add more to @Christos Markoulatos -Relational- Go through this guide that Thomas gave. It should work for you. Let me know the results!
-
Hi @Ashish Sharma No, this would have to be done manually. Bear in mind, this only applies to the customers, not agents.
-
Hello @Ashish Sharma For agents, this cannot be done, rather for customers when you go to Language support and choose the language. Alternatively, agents should change the language of their Jira.
-
@Aruna Vijayan Sailaja Instead of focusing on the issue type scheme, just tell it to create Epic issue type.
-
@Aruna Vijayan Sailaja And does it also behave when you have only Epic issue type? I would suggest to test this on a different project.
-
Hello @Bernhard Mollema You will get the email notification for this when your trial is almost over. If you don't renew it, you will be degraded to to lower version of the tier you are currently using.
-
Welcome @Renat Khabibulin Connect apps will soon be deprecated and you would need to use Forge instead: https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/app-migration/tutorials/adopting-connect-on-forge/ For integrating Forge with other services, I would recommend checking this video out…
