Hello @eudaiTec Admin Is this a free instance? If it is, it gets deactivated if you didn't use it for 120 days at all.
-
Hello @Ganesh Kumar Vary Easier way would be to write a Python script that will do this. Use the help of Claude to create this script. And test it as well.Ask LLM to use the requests libraries instead because with environment variables you might get confused.

Hi @Dragan Nikolovski This is because your email has been added to the Atlassian's surpression list. I have request help from Atlassian engineers.
-
Welcome @Arnel Lamanilao Have you seen this article https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/runtime-reference/external-fetch-api/ ?
-
Hello @amandeep.nanda Foundation level certifications are easier ones that are meant for the users that are starting out with using the Atlassian products. On the other hand, there are ACPs - Atlassian Cloud Professional - these are more advanced ones where ACP-120 is considered to be hardest of them all. Foundation and…

Hello @Manoj Prabhakar Battula Everything else on your side is working? Have you tried incognito mode? Is this impacting only you or more users?
-
Hi @marco * To turn off the Atlassian Race pop-up, you need to contact Atlassian support. This is a limited feature enabled and will be disregarded. * For page loading, attachments take a big role. I would suggest not to upload big attachments. Rather than that, it's on the Atlassian's site architecture * Rovo can be…

@Mario Nikolov You can add a category per project. Workaround would be to group different projects under same category and then create a filter. Not the other way around.
-
@Wenyao Yang Are you the only one who is facing this issue?
-
Hello @Wenyao Yang First, is that your team that sent you the invite? Have you cleared your cache and tried in incognito mode as well?
-
@Mario Nikolov To understand this more clearly, this is for one project that needs to have different categorization criterias?
-
@Christian Bernsen López You are right, I wasn't aware of this, and why this works in this kind of way. Have you talked to Atlassian support regarding this issue?
-
Hello @Robin Laffont Have you looked into this article? What was the update that was released last week tied to list view?
-
Hi @Christian Bernsen López Have you turned off the AI off completely from your site? This will turn off all of the AI options in there. Atlassian doesn't turn on the features back just like that, because that would be against their policy.
-
Hello @Mario Nikolov Project categories are not tied with the project configurations. It's just a placeholder for better filtering. On a project level, I would suggest using components that will group more issues into one place. Use filters that are referring to these two projects based on criteria that matches your use…

When you go to Settings of your browser you have the option Development console. In there you have the Network tab that you can use to see how frequent these issues arise. Is your department using a VPN?
-
@george_bullock You can, but that Confluence space needs to be connected to your JSM through Knowledge base feature
-
@Tiemen Blankert It makes sense for the issues to get back to Backlog when you are reopening a sprint. This is something that shouldn't really happen in Scrum. But still, you are reopening the sprint and @Trudy P Claspill is correct with everything that she mentioned. As for the time taking of the issues to return it's…

Hello @Rebekka Reischl Without the additional extending, there isn't. Workaround is extending the Summary column in the list.
-
Hello @David Gerrard Why not having 4 separate custom fields that will have predefined default values? What this part means: "I want to set default values for all 4 ticket types, but only impacting my spaces, not my colleagues."?
-
Hello @Hasan Bilgrami No, currently Rovo doesn't have any API documentation nor endpoints. You can also see it here: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-questions/Is-there-API-Rest-access-to-Rovo/qaq-p/3037848
-
Hello @Rhea Gerald Is that user the space administrator?
-
Welcome @Amanda FENTON Have you tried using Rovo for this?
-
@Silvia Saric I've asked for the Atlassian support on this thread. They will reply in 2 business days and move the conversation to email, I can't help more, this is the issue from frontend side.
-
Hello @Silvia Saric This is a temporary issue, as I reviewed this on my release tab and I was able to see the icons correctly. * Were there any changes to the priority schemes? * Have you tried clearing the cache? * From your development console, can you see the images of the priorities? Do they have any errors tied to…

Hi @David Berghult To create teams, you need to be an organization admin. If you are, go to Settings > User management > Teams and create a team from there.
-
Hello @Michelle Kirk No, simply use the text field. There aren't combinations of fields.
-
Hello @Shawn Wallace Bulk update is a global permission. You need to add the users to the groups for bulk update. Don't add them to org-admins and site-admins group, unless you want them to be org/site admins. To do this, go to Settings -> System -> Global permissions
-
Hello @Michelle Kirk If you are having a JSM team-managed project, you can add the dedicated currency field. Reference: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-63888 Rather, it would need to be a text field.
-
Hello @Büşra Öztürk Jira is working properly, no incidents reported. Contact Appfire support for this https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/user/login?destination=portal%2F11 I would suggest to look at the network tab of your developer console and download HAR file if needed.
