Welcome @Rosalin kandapan With Forge, no, with ScriptRunner behaviors this can be done for both use cases.
-
Welcome @Jitin Ratra You might take a look at this page:https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Retrospective-board/qaq-p/2628537 As for the recording of retrospectives, combination of Google Meet and Gemini does a pretty good job of sumarizing everything and putting it together in a Google Doc, which you can…

Hello @kholofelo Gideon Mokgonyana All Atlassian instances that were not active for 120 days are automatically marked as inactive. I've requested help from Atlassian support engineer. Except a contact on this thread in the next 2-3 business days.

Hello @Semih Özkul The create another feature is not meant to link the work items together. It saves users the time to manually go to Create button again instead, but it doesn't pass to another create screen. For out-of-the-box option, for the certain work item type you would have custom fields context added to specific…

Interesting point on taking on the projects directly @Dominic Spike . How this would be different from Upwork for instance? Sure, some people would take the projects voluntarily to gain some real-life experience, but that costs resources. In that case it would be time. In real world, it's mostly time and money depending on…

Hello @Deepali Dabholkar These articles might be helpful for you: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/Tracking-Your-Jira-PI-Plan-with-Kendis-for-Atlassian/ba-p/3103370 https://www.easyagile.com/blog/keeping-pi-planning-objectives-on-track-in-jira Most recommended by…

Hello @Caitlin McAlister Which items are you trying to receive from your trash? Spaces? - For that you would need the Jira admin which is a lower tier of the admin which you can have in your organization if you know who that is. Highest one is the organization (super admin) admin. For users and their account recovery, you…
-
Hello @Kenny Chan , you need to be a Jira admin first. Then go to Work items -> Work item type hierarchy. You can find the full article here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-the-issue-type-hierarchy/
-
First, you need to click on three dots next to your space name. If you see space settings, then you can make changes. If you do not see that, then you are not the space administrator, and someone who is, needs to assign you the Administrators space role. This is for the company-managed spaces.
-
Permissions are only available when you have the Standard version for company-managed spaces. Nothing is changed for team-managed spaces.
-
Hello @Sri Kishan Garapati I've removed some parts of this question since this is a public forum. If you are using free version of Jira, after 120 days, your site will be deactivated automatically. Are you on free tier?
-
Hello @Natalie Keane If you are the Jira space administrator for team-managed spaces, you can set your space to private when they are created. Also, this can be done even if you are a Jira administrator (you will see options like System, Spaces, Work items in your Settings option - cog icon). You will be able to do this if…
-
Hi @Shivanandaiah Kulkarni --CNTR You need to have the Edit Issues permission assigned to you if you are using a company-managed project. Which fields you need to change? Based on that answer, you would need additional permissions: * Schedule Issues - if you need to rank your issues in your project Since you need to change…
-
Welcome @Dominic Spike ! My opinion is that Atlassian will not go into that direction, rather following the AI trend, which is fine to some degree (Teamwork Graph, Rovo and more). Then there is more products like DX and Arc browser that are both focused on the AI. DX is for developer experience while Arc is doing…

Hello @Raul Rossi I would strongly recommend Booking by Apwide that handles all use cases that you have mentioned: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1236123/booking-resource-reservation-for-jira-and-jsm
-
Welcome @Megha_R The message is pretty straightforward. The permissions might have changed during the time. If the project has been deleted, if you are a Jira admin, you can check this: * Settings -> Spaces -> Trashed - all spaces were remain here for 60 days and after that are permanently deleted
-
Hello @Atlassian Admin Management Trello is not really part of the Atlassian apps management in your administration. This means that disabling Trello is only possible to be done if you are disabling the whole account.
-
Welcome @Ika Wondergem , have you checked if your custom field is having any context added to it like being used only for some work items?
-
Welcome @Rosalin kandapan Directly to the List view, no, there isn't a template for that. Alternatively, you can create your custom field and then try to add it to the List view.
-
Hello @Rosalin kandapan Currently, no. Jira isn't exposing All Work with Forge. You can add Description to your List view with the Columns option.
-
@Giorgi Modus this is also a different screen. Your site can be deactivated if you were not active for 120 days. I have requested help from Atlassian support engineers to contact you. Expect their contact in 2-3 business days.

Hello @Garama You can create a new Kanban board that will be shared with your manager. From there, you can have Start and End date added to your screen. A new field of number value would have to be created that will calculate the difference between the dates with an automation rule: For the last component of the automation…
-
@Giorgi Modus that is different then. Check if the Jira space is archived by going to Settings -> Spaces -> Archived. Also check the trashed spaces. When the space is deleted, it will remain in trash for 60 days. If the Jira space is not in any of these sections, space has been deleted.
-
@Giorgi Modus there should be someone in your team that is either the project or Jira administrator. Atlassian cannot directly add you to the project, because they don't have the access to your instance.
-
Hello @Giorgi Modus Your project admin or Jira admin needs to give you access. Contact them and tell them that you need the access.
-
Hi @Thea Butler Alone with the trigger, no. If you add a condition of Issue Type to be equal to Sub-task then yes.
-
@Anette Noll do you have the screenshots of how this looks on the instance 1?
-
@David Lehman have you tried clearing cache and start in incognito mode?
-
Hello @Albert Chirighin The space that you are migrating too, the filter that is showing work items on the board, does it contain space C as well?
