Hi @Hakan AKIN Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Thanks for providing such a detailed description of the issue. From what you've shared, this looks like a tenant-specific problem rather than something that can be diagnosed from the Atlassian Community. Community members don't have access to your Jira Cloud site, feature…

Hey @Komal Mutha The link is not accessible to me.

Hi @Komal Mutha Thanks for clarifying. In that case, I'd recommend starting by defining your KRAs directly in Jira rather than relying on Claude to measure them. Jira already provides dashboards, filters, gadgets, and automation that can measure many common KPIs, for example. Number of issues completed Average resolution…

Hi @Komal Mutha Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Connecting Anthropic Claude to Jira won't automatically create KRAs or measurement metrics. What Claude can do depends on how you integrate it. For example, it can: - analyze your Jira data - suggest KRAs or KPIs based on your projects - generate reports or summaries -…

Hey @Sherif Mansour Thank you for the content. Will there be any updated posts for 2026?
-
@Jimmy Seddon Great roundup introduced, thank you!
-
Congrats @Tomislav Tobijas 🎉🎉 Great achievement 🥇
-
Yes-Yes @Marc -Devoteam- , Already figured it out :D
-
Hi @Duc Thang TRAN Thanks for the good catch. I didn't notice that the board is grouped by Stories, it is my Test Project. I removed the grouping, now it is suggest the Remove from sprint.
-
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- I am in Administrator role. That role has probably all permission. Edit Issues and Manage Sprints are included in it 100%.
-
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- It is strange. My Jira is Premium version, I am the org admin also the Space Admin.
-
Hey @Megha Das Thanks for confirming. According to the official documentation, users with assigned work items should appear in the Stand-up list, so based on what you've described, I'd recommend raising a case with Atlassian Support for further investigation.
-
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- If you mean Archive work items, Manage sprints, and Edit work items, I have that. So, it doesn't appear to be a permissions issue. Could this instead be related to a feature rollout or a difference in the new Jira experience?
-
Hi @Megha Das Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If the users already have issues assigned to them that appear on the board, then they should normally be listed in the Stand-up view as well. Do their assigned work items appear on the board and match the board's current filters?
-
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- Thanks for the reply. On my side, I can't find it.
-
Hi @Faheem Maker Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I found similiar post from March. https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/quot-Move-work-item-gt-Move-to-Backlog-quot-option-disappeared/qaq-p/2963226 We can ask @Marc -Devoteam- To provide any update, if he has.
-
Hi @oliver_woelbing Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Since this is the Atlassian Community, we can't verify or change permissions for your account. I'd recommend contacting your Studio app admin or Organization Admin to confirm whether your account has been granted the Automation creator role
-
Hi @Michael Leiva Happy, that the issue is resolved. Happy to help.
-
Hi @Sunil_Bhadauriya Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Atlassian already has an open feature request covering this functionality: JRACLOUD-76004 – Display author in the attachment list in the new view https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-76004 I'd recommend voting for and watching the suggestion, as Atlassian uses…
-
Hi @David Tieman Since this is the Atlassian Community, other users can't create feature requests on behalf of Atlassian. If you'd like this to be considered by the product team, I'd recommend contacting Atlassian Support and sharing your feedback. If they determine it's a product enhancement, they can direct you to the…

Hi @Amzad Khan Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Please find the attached screenshot. You can select columns and add the Issue Type(WorkType) to the Issue Navigator.
-
Hi @Ivan Andrieiev @Tomislav Sablic is correct. If you're a Jira administrator and the option is still available on your site, you can disable Simple Create as Default under Settings → System → General configuration to restore the previous create experience for the entire site. Keep in mind that this is a site-wide setting…
-
Hi @Bruno_Chaves Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Could you provide a bit more detail about what you're trying to achieve? Which Jira product or feature are you using? Where are you entering this syntax? Could you share an example of the data you're trying to filter and the syntax you've tried so far? That will help the…
-
Hi @Michael Leiva Welcome to the Atlassian Community! I haven't come across this behavior in Jira Cloud with standard short text fields. Does it occur in another browser or an incognito/private window? It looks more like a UI rendering issue than a field configuration issue. If you can reproduce it consistently across…
-
Dear @Marc -Devoteam- The issue was the user, yes :D In Claude, authorization was being done via my Gmail, my 2 accounts have the same picture :D That is why I get confused. Thanks for your help.
-
Dear @Marc -Devoteam- Thanks for the answer. I have a Claude subscription; also, the emails for Claude and Cloud are the same. Here is the screenshot; my user has access to all products.
-
Hi @Marc -Devoteam- Sorry, I missed it. Already attached. Thanks!
-
Hey @Nicoleta Mircea Happy to help!
-
Hi @Ranjeet Singh Welcome to the Atlassian Community! From the screenshot, it looks like the attachment upload is failing rather than the CSV content itself. Could you confirm, Can you upload other file types to the same issue? Is this happening only for you, or do other users experience the same problem?
-
Hi @Nicoleta Mircea , We've had similar requests from our auditors. One report we've used quite a bit is Time in Status. It gives a nice timeline of how the change moved through the workflow and how long it spent in each status, which has been useful during audits.…
